I have been renovating our home and 90% of the items that I have bought from here have been missing one piece to complete the item...so incredibly frustrating. Sink facet - missing the water stopper. Umbrella stand - missing the screw to tighten the umbrella stand. Hardware - missing screws, etc. I was looking at some string lights today out on one of their shelves and some of the bulbs are missing...if I bought them without looking that would've been yet another trip back to lowes to return/replace an item. The managers really need to fix this huge product management issue.

Lowe's is a standard big box home improvement store, but this particular one has much better service than you would expect at a corporate retail chain. They are happy to help with ideas and problem solving. They are also happy to cut your wood down to size for you.

Took delivery of expensive $1000 water heater today. Box arrived in perfect condition. No dents, scratches, nothing. When installers arrived to install, they unboxed the water heater and discovered large dents. I chatted (online) with Lowes customer support and they they told me that since the "box was opened" they could not replace the item. They told me to call A.O. Smith - the manufacturer. A.O. Smith said that their warranty does not cover physical damage that they ship EVERY product in "perfect" condition. If it's damaged then it's someone elses fault. I had no choice at that point but to install the product and hope it worked. As the installation was proceeding, I decided to call Lowes one more time. This time they told me that if I hadn't installed the water heater that I could indeed have returned it. At this point both Lowes and A.O. Smith are pointing fingers at each other and I'm potentially out $1000. Oh! SIlver lining - the Lowes customer service representative felt bad and offered me a $15 gift care for my trouble - I told him to keep it. I used to spend $10,000+ each year at Lowes - I guess I'll need to go elsewhere with my $ in the future

I have always had great experience's shopping a the South Semoran Lowes store. Recently, I was helped by the customer service person Andrew who really helped me when I was buying a new water heater. He is a great example of how wonderful the employees are at Lowe's. Thanks Andrew.

Normally fine, the "customer service" today was Non-Existent with the exception of Karen and Karema. After two trips, I'm missing two items and the receipt for $31.xx, called to see if they had it. No one answered the phone ringing for 15 minutes till it times out, so I drive back. Line at "Customer Service" not moving, not enough helping, but plenty of employees in the store. So I asked two employees separately (one with a customer service 'star') for help with the line, but no one cared. Actually sensed attitude as they blew me off. Not used to that. Guess they don't get paid enough to care. Finally got help 25 minutes later. Then their system had no record of me even being there that day. But my bank actually has the transaction recorded already.?!

This is my local Lowe’s hardware store that I visit frequently and today I had an exceptional experience with an employee. I’ve been trying to find the right screw for my door knob and I was looking in the aisle when Glenda came along without me asking and asked me if I needed some help and I told her I did she proceeded to show me, all my options she found the right thread pattern and the right length for me and I was so pleased to get that behind me. Thank you Glenda.

Killing time waiting in the ridiculously long return line because Lowe’s only staff’s the return desk with one person. There are 7 people in line and we have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes just to do a simple return. Try Home Depot instead. This Lowe’s clearly doesn’t care about customer service.

Nicely stocked store. Bathrooms closed for renovations. Picked up a few things on my lunch break to find no open registers, 2 of the 8 self checkouts working and a line of 15 people waiting for them. Thanks for nothing and no customer service.

I have a washing machine I bought from them now they called because I wanted to buy the dryer had me on hold for an hour nobody came on I called again and they said the same thing waited again. Finally, I asked for the paint department the lady came on and I told her what was going on and she said that she was going to transfer me to the department not to hang up and she was gonna say in the intercom that they had a phone call. It rang rang never answer came back call back got the paint department I thank her, Nobody answers. Obviously they must be doing real good when they don’t my business

They ask you to sign up for a card that even if you pay the entire balance they charge you interest after. The interest alone racked up to $10 dollars and they turned it into collections without me knowing and hit my credit for years of work. Terrible design card business this is just wrong. Once I called and complained they cancelled the 10$ charge like they should have in the first place. My credit still took a HUGE hit. I have been a very loyal customer but will start going to Home Depot. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE CARD

Purchased fence panels. First, Lowe’s Application needs an update for the stores inventory location. Because the website and app were both wrong ? on where the fence panels were located, when compared physically to the where the item was located in the store. Kinda misleading and took a look time firgure out where the panels where are in the store. Second, the garden associate seemed kinda annoyed that I needed a fork lift driver to come assist, but she went on break, so maybe she was just tired. Lastly, the associates Shelly, Daniela , Marcel and James helped me tremendously! They all assured me with moving the panels to my truck. The manger also gave me a discount, because some of the panels were broken at the time of purchase. Lowe’s is getting better.. Good ? job and keep up the good work.

Was at their competitors (the orange one) but the dirty and poorly stocked store was disappointing. This Lowe's is clean and organized. Even the staff looked sharper and more engaging. Good job Lowe's. I'll skip the competitor's store next time.
