One star because an employee named Francia (as read on her name tag) was very rude. She discriminated against me; while I waited, she refused to ring up my two items, serving other customers first. Even when a customer told her to help me, she said I could wait. Her heavily accented English was difficult to understand; all the customers waiting had trouble understanding her. Given the current prevalence of viruses, she exhibited unsanitary behavior by sneezing loudly many times and openly without covering her mouth. That lady is a shame and stains the good name of Lowe's.
All the other employees are A+, 5 Stars. Never had a problem before; everyone else is awesome.

I used to love this place. Don't know if it's new management or what but the newer employees all seem to be jerks, they act all " holier than you". If you have a problem they just shrug their shoulders - that actually happened to me. Seems like the only good people there are the ones that have been there a while. You can definitely tell the difference. There's a guy at the paint department that is nice and truly helpful. There's a lady who is usually at a cash register or in that area. They usually have a bunch of patches ( I think that represents how many years they've been there). There just seems to be a "click" of staff that just act like they don't give a care. I describe it like that because they seem more apt to be chatting with each other than to pay attention to the customer. I'm a loyal Lowe's customer at this particular Lowe's, too. but this one sucks now.

I bought a refrigerator that was supposed to be brand new for my business and paid someone to pick it up and bring it to my location. When I received the fridge it had a foul smell, spray paint in the inside and blue marks all over shelves. I called the same day it was picked up and they advised it was not eligible to be picked up to return and manager would contact me in 24-48 hours. Never received a call so I called back several times talking to different employees that said I had to wait for a call back. Last 2 employees I spoke with were extremely rude their names are Tiffany and shermar. Shermar refused to transfer me to a manager and proceeded to tell me to ere are no options for me now I have to deal with it. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The prices are high. I can't use our company's veteran-owned discount as the buyer. Lots of blue haired employees that never picked up a tool and they barely know their own stock parts.

I called the store 3 times and no answer it’s pretty ridiculous how an establish company can’t answer to the customers especially at an early time. This is why Home Depot is doing better.

Beware that Lowe's has changed their return policy. If you do not have a receipt you cannot get a store credit anymore. When you check out get an email receipt.
Thank you retail thieves.

1 star! Corporate canceled our order without our consent due to our billing address being in Maryland. We own a house in Florida but rent in Maryland. We are down here fixing our house. Why would corporate cancel our purchase without calling to verify it? Absolutely ridiculous! Roofing materials, too! Things we needed for our home.

Just spent an hour in customer service reviewing an order they NEVER refunded to me, but on the site claimed it got picked up after the refund date.
Basically, I didn’t want the order soon after I bought it, then I got an email telling me it would be refunded after the next day of the email (Nov. 22). I didn’t pay any more mind cause I figure “ok it’s refunded”
so now I’m returning another item I purchased, and I see that it says I picked it up on Nov 30 (???).
I already knew the foolishness was going to happen because most places have horrible customer service and will contest with you, when the policy is to TRUST the customer.
So, showed them the email, showed them it said it got picked up. Then, “It’s going to be refunded on your credit statement”, “ok I’m going to check that out right now” look through my phone… Nope, no refund statement even though the transaction for another item I JUST DID was on there??
Worst part isn’t even the process, it was $6 product, but I still wanted to receive my money because I never got a product — seems fair right?
Worst part was the attitude of this light brown skin customer service worker and this older Spanish lady with dyed black hair, both were very flippant, and disregarding, having an attitude and throwing items in past me, not 2 feet from in front of my face, made me wait a while (a tactic companies use so you leave in frustration) then once I called my credit card (Bank of America) now it’s “don’t dispute the transaction, the managers here”
Manager was a young adult white man, who I will say handled it respectfully and gave me the refund because he was just as confused as me, as to what happened, and told me someone didn’t refund it as they should, and so an error occurred.
Ok cool, and HE (manager) was a cool guy, but (other staff) don’t give me an attitude when I’m trying to calmly dispute an issue YOUR company made, and don’t act like I’m wasting your time when it’s YOUR job to help me.
Moral of the story
1. Don’t shop here, or if you do, don’t plan to return an item, because they’re going to try to hold you for an hour
2. (For them) they need to hire better staffing, but it’s Lowe’s so 🤷🏾♂️
So simple yet they wasted my time just after getting off work and tried to turn me into a male Karen when it was their fault 🤦🏾♂️

It also says “return complete so I can’t show you how it was just saying Picked up on Nov. 30*

Only give Veterans a discount on select items, go to Home Depot if you are a veteran they discount everything

We had a super smooth experience with our pick up order! A special thank you to Chris from the Tools department for coming out and helping us get our new grill in to our vehicle which is already pretty full of kid stuff. You were funny and so nice and made us want to be friends with you but also never go to Home
Depot. Buying a grill is a milestone for our small family and we are happy we did that at Lowe’s!
