La experiencia no me gusto aunque las pinturas son agradables. La película muy larga y aburrida. El lugar no tiene estacionamiento o sea que tienes q estacionarte en el Mall.

Very nice staff, clean and fun concept. The immersive room was very cool, the gallery paintings are beautiful and the selfie stations are fun for kids. The cafe was not open so I can't say anything about that. The kids were disappointed that it was not open. The gift shop is large. It could have a bigger range of price items to offer.I think the ticket price is a little high for each person based on what there was to do. It needs to be about $5 cheaper per person .I personally think they need 1 or 2 more activities for older kids/adults. The glow ball pit was cool and the kids loved that but adults are not climbing in that. They have an extra room that can be used for private events. That's good to know for the future or for anyone looking for an event space.I didn't understand the hole VR thing, it was just a video to watch. No game or anything to play. That's not worth the extra cost.

First things, we got there early, purchased our tickets online so parking wasn't an issue. While approaching the entrance, the window paintings had me curious. We took some pictures outdoor and walked the red carpet to the entrance, that was cute.We had no clue what this was about, who was Lonely dog or anything and I'm glad we didn't research more because we were able to discover while we enjoyed the show. It made us pay attention to details and after leaving we we're still talking about it. After you watch the show, everything outside makes sense, those cats!! ;)It's really beautiful, if you have an appreciation for art, this place is it! Besides the story and art gallery theres a selfie area, the ball pit and VR experience that's really cool!! All family friendly and affordable. We got to meet the staff and owner and had a wonderful conversation, learned so much and appreciated even more how this all came to be.It was a great experience really and I hope to come back and enjoy the jazz bar for some non alcoholic drinks.

We loved it and it was a beautiful story line and showing. Then to follow we loved the art gallery, selfie area and ball pit. So much fun!! Then to see the area they have live music made us want to go back and see that on a Fri or Sat night. The staff was amazing. We definitely recommend

Came here with a group of 9 this past weekend. The two highlights were the staff and the music. The staff were super helpful, energetic and stationed at helpful places throughout the venue. The owner himself welcomed us and showed us into the room and showed us where to stand. The music which we were told was made specially for this exhibit was great too. A bluesy vibe which was surprisingly catchy. Alas, all is not well in this place. Small problems such as - if you have to use the restroom while you're waiting for your time to start, you have to go through the exhibit. They show you through - but then you've seen half of the thing already and its out of order. Parking is atrocious (this is a function of the time of the year admittedly). But it took us about 30min to find a parking spot. Luckily no one else was there so we were able to join the 1230 showing. Then there are bigger issues as well. It felt like a place that was trying to be too many different things - there is a coloring room which seems geared towards kids, yet most of the animation and the story is not appropriate for kids that would be coloring those things. There is also an art exhibit with surprisingly expensive art, a fun yet inexplicable ball pit, a VR experience that costs an extra 5 dollars which seems a bit much given how much the experience costs on its own. And in terms of immersive exhibits it doesn't really make sense either...the owner brought us in and told us where to sit. So we just sat there and watched a 30min movie about a lonely dog. The way it is displayed doesn't encourage you to walk around and be immersed. Finally, if you look at the book that is available to purchase, its quite a hefty book. The story itself is quite confusing with many characters and subsegments that feel like they need to be fleshed out more during the presentation. I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to walk away with and didn't feel a connection to anything in particular. We were told what makes this unique is the story aspect, but as my friend stated "I wasn't really sure why that story needed to be told."A valiant effort with great staff and a creative idea, but it just didn't work for our group and we wouldn't recommend it.

Needed to kill a few hours before dropping my daughter off at the airport. We've never been to an immersive experience and thought we'd give it a try.The experience is based on the artwork and story of Lonely Dog by New Zealand Artist Ivan Clarke. We arrived at the venue and purchased tickets for the next show. After waiting a few minutes we were brought in to the theater, sat down and within moments were surrounded by brilliant visuals and a moving original soundtrack.Lonely Dog is an emotional story told through still art, animation and music. Frankly, my description will not do the event justice. The 30 minute immersive experience tells a tale of love, loss and redemption through amazing characters brought to life in an incredible story that both children and adults can relate. After the theater experience you will move through the art gallery with many of the works used in the creation of the immersive show. There is also a an interactive drawing space for those so inclined. The next area contains a Selfie Salon where you can take pictures with Lonely Dog and Celia Creme, a virtual reality experience and a Whale Ball Pit.Back at the entrance and retail space, we found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and had the good fortune to meet Cliff, the producer of the experience. His affection for the characters is real and his enthusiasm is infectious. We spent an additional 30 minutes chatting with Cliff about the show and his previous work in multimedia presentations and were impressed with his knowledge and experience.I would highly recommend this immersive experience to anyone with a terrific imagination, you will enjoy the show as much as we did.

This was the perfect rainy day activity. We booked through Groupon with the intention of going the same day, but had a little bit of an issue with the voucher coming through, The staff member Renato was fantastic and sorted the issue out for us straightaway. Super friendly and the lady in the art gallery section was also wonderful! Thank you so much for a fabulous visit.Just to note that the video section went on a lot longer than we thought it would, And we were hoping for more in the second part of the tour, in terms of things to do, But we absolutely adored the ball pit, Cloud selfie section and The colouring in part, Even as grown adults without children hahaOverall fantastic experience, And absolutely brilliant because we had the placed to ourselves!

My bf purchased tickets to this event for our anniversary and surprised me with them. He knows how much I love animals and figured it would be a fun event. I'm happy to say he was correct! We booked our time online and showed up a few minutes before. You walk into the main area which has lots of different merch, but also really friendly employees! An employee greeted us and told us some of the history behind Lonely Dog, starting from the art to how they got to this immersive experience. When our show time came up, we were brought into the large theater area a bit early and were told good places to sit or stand to enjoy the experience. I don't want to give too much away about the show, but it's a fun and engaging short story about Lonely Dog and his friends. I was impressed with how immersed you felt in the world they created and the characters in such a short time. The music is original for the show and was entertaining and went well with the story. We were lucky to have the entire room to ourselves, but even on a busier day there would be plenty of room to observe the screens and enjoy the show. Afterwards, you can exit into a room showing the art work and providing some history of the artist and the journey to the experience. There is an area to color your own picture and hang it which would be fun for little ones or any adults who enjoy coloring (we were encouraged to enjoy it if we wanted!). There is an area for photo ops and a room for parties. They also have a nice looking lounge area where they serve beer and wine and have live music; I believe this is weekends only. Overall, the show is short (about 30 minutes), but a good amount of time to enjoy the art and story. It's a fun thing to check out and family friendly at a reasonable price.

This is a hidden artistic gem in Orlando. I was looking for something different to do while we waited to check into our hotel. I say different because we live in Florida. I thrive on finding experiences that people don't know about. I also look for things that are a learning experience for my kids. THIS was one of those. I've never been to an immersive art display so I have nothing to compare it to. However it was beautiful for sight and sound! And the staff was knowledgeable and eager to share the artists story. They were passionate. We went on a Friday morning and had the pleasure of enjoying the show completely alone. It was awesome, and nice and cool inside on a hot humid day. We had a good time!

This place was boring. Currently in town to visit; this was a Waste of time and money . We arrived and the place was empty. Which is not a surprise. this place has so much potential to be profitable. Please avoid story telling about a dog. Make it into a virtual experience like Van Gogh or turn it into a selfie museum. (Just my suggestion) Sincerely, millennials..

We got tomert the owner and he took us on a tour of the place. Gave us a nice bit of background on the building and preparation of the place. The movie was a great experience. It gave background on the book and characters, the next room led you into a Art room with the history and foundation of the book. Then we went to a coloring room and then we got to see the selfie areas and ball pit with airplane selfie area. They said there is a bar and music area that they have events on Friday and Saturday nights.

Went with my husband and two year old and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was phenomenal/ everyone was so kind and welcoming! We were the only ones when we went so it was fun having the place to ourselves. The first portion of the event is a film around the lonely dog story. You're in this big room where the film is taking place all around you for about 20-30 minutes. I thought the storyline was really engaging and the beautiful artwork/ images and videos that appeared throughout the room were super cool. Once that's done you enter a small art gallery with the artists real drawings that inspired the story along with another room where you can color some pictures. Then you are taking to a bar area where Friday and Saturday nights they have live music on their piano from7:30-10. We weren't there for that, but I'm sure it's great! Lastly you can see some rooms with the two main characters, a fun cloud room to take pictures, a huge ball pit and a VR area (which is an additional $5). The whole experience took about 1 hour but that's because our toddler was moving along quickly. Definitely a fun experience!

This was such a fun experience! We found this on some facebook ad so decided to check it out. Also got a groupon deal for it. Definitely fun for all ages (we are in our 70's) but probably even more fun for younger ages! You watch a huge room full of animation with dogs and cats and a great story about Lonely Dog. Then you go into a big art gallery with fantastic pictures. Another room has lots of tables with coloring pages lined up and you color your choice of pictures and they project them onto a large screen. Then you walk though some great displays and end up at a big whale box of balls to jump in! There is also a virtual reality room for a small charge. We didn't do that. There is also a big dining club room where they have music every Fri and Sat night. Another room is all set up for birthday parties! If you want some fun, don't miss this. It is brand new, just opened in May of 2023 and probably a lot of people don't know about it yet. Look it up online and make plans to visit. You won't be disappointed!

My serendipitous discovery of the Lonely Dog Immersive Experience through a casual Google search led to an unforgettable date night adventure that surpassed all expectations!Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a staff bubbling with enthusiasm. Their introduction to the origins of Lonely Dog and the intricate storyline set the stage for an enchanting evening. As we ventured into the room, we were immediately struck by the breathtaking visuals that whisked us away to another world, and the narrative had us spellbound from start to finish. But the magic didn't end there. Following our mesmerizing journey through the visual room, we encountered a space where coloring and hanging up pictures became an immersive experience in itself. The ingenious photo sets featuring the endearing characters and a ball pit added a whole new dimension, perfect for capturing unforgettable moments. What truly stole my heart was the live music and the complimentary drinks. The staff's infectious energy made every moment feel like a celebration, earning them a resounding 10/10 in my book. What's more, this experience caters to all ages, making it an ideal outing for everyone. If I were to offer one suggestion, it would be to transform the Koko Kits room, where the live music and libations flow freely, into a clandestine speakeasy at the journey's end. A secret passage and a special password to enter would seamlessly align with the storyline and elevate the adventure to a whole new level. The Lonely Dog Immersive Experience is a hidden treasure waiting to be uncovered. It seamlessly blends storytelling, artistry, and entertainment, making it an absolute must-visit. Don't miss your chance to step into the enchanting world of Lonely Dog – it's a journey you'll cherish forever!
