For my opinion not 5 Star. Worn down rooms old. No sparkling as 5 years ago. No color as original City. Windows not cleaned.

We’ve stayed at the Portofino twice. It’s always excellent. Universal is so much fun, especially during Halloween Horror Nights. Bring back the Starbucks!
