Contacted this company to replace side window that was severely scratched. Rich showed up promptly and determined that the scratching was in some tinted film that I didn't know was there. He used a razor to show that there was clear, undamaged glass underneath. Did not charge for the visit.Just for the record, Lloyd's estimate to replace the window was 2/3 that of the heavily advertised brand! Highly recommended company!Service: Auto side window replacement

2013 Chrysler Town & Country Drivers Glass and Power Window RegulatorThere is a reason Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass gets 5-Star rating. The 5-Star service starts when they answer the initial phone call, Kristin listens and knows all the right questions to ask, she then clearly explains the process, the timing and expectation. The repair technician, Kevin, calls in advance, is an expert in repair, great with people and jovial. I had a very unique situation as I live in Indiana, yet the repair was in Sarasota at my 86 year old in-laws. I made one single phone call and Kristin/Kevin took it from there. In-laws were thrilled and if they had any idea how to "get on the interweb", would also give a glowing 5-Star rating.Services: Auto power window repair

My truck had just gotten a cracked windshield and it spidered out and I needed help immediately and they were absolutely amazing I called them and they took care of my problem immediately and came to me and it was a great experience!!!

I have had two windshields replaced with Lloyd's of Shelton. They are always friendly, fast and efficient. Ron is a great technician and did a wonderful job replacing my glass. I would definitely recommend them for all of your auto glass needs!
