One of the biggest jokes in the mall!! No managers available to help with exchanges, one cashier at the register, line out of the queue, while 5 different workers are stocking items and 2 workers are yapping in the dressing room! Truly disappointing

Disgusting behaviour and despicable customer service from latina staff member wearing black t-shirt and cross necklace and red dyed hair. She raised her voice at me for accidentally going into the fitting room via the incorrect entrance. It was an honest mistake. I do not expect to be shouted at. I will never return and neither will my family. Today's date is 6th April 2024.

If you’re looking for deals on Levi’s, this is not the place to go! regular price jeans are $69. There’s no deal and I thought this was an outlet store. Avoid this store go to your local Kohl’s or Macy’s you’ll get a better deal.

Chaotic store (around and on) Black Friday. Too few staff. At checkout, when it is finally your turn, you will be given the option to choose a T-shirt elsewhere in the store for a low amount. Result even longer wait!
