Mick was the worst supervisor! Not helpful and give run around solutions so they dont have to take back defective jeans. I bought them 5 days ago and just took them out today to wear not knowing the zipper didnt secure and kept pulling down multiple times through out the day. Contacted the store and got directed to call customer service then redicted to call the store since they were purchased in store. Then Mick kept throwing at me the “policy” to make it impossible. He also assumed that i coulda broken the zippers myself. I guess this is how Levis trained their supervisors. To the trash my jeans go! Needless to say im NEVER COMING BACK!

To my mans with the glasses that went out of his way to help me look up the Western truckers jacket in both red and blue colors, you're awesome sir! I found the blue version on sale and it's the perfect denim jacket for me. Much appreciated ??

I have gone to this location twice to add a Disney patch to my Levi Jean jacket. The tailor rep Noshkan Soto recognized my jacket from last year and was so exited to see us. She remembered doing a steamboat Willie patch and she went above and beyond in helping me decide on a new patch. I was beyond happy. She is amazing. 100% recommend her cannot wait to see her again next year to add another patch.

I was shopping in here with my 2-year-old, and family on Saturday. I was browsing when I heard an employee say to another employee, "my throat hurts so bad, I would have called off today, but they wouldn't let me because nobody can cover me. I want to be home." I left as soon as I heard this.Literally I developed a sore throat 3 days after shopping here, turns out I have covid. And so, I likely got covid from your employee who shouldn't have been working while sick & threatening the health of shoppers and staff.

Great customer service and helped me find what I needed. Also did not realize they will hem your jeans for free!!! I could pick up within an hour but then they also offered free shipping directly to my home. Great experience!!!

This location needs some work! I went in looking for something specific but no one greeted me nor could I find anyone to help me. The store was quiet, no music or anything! Only person working was talking on the phone the whole time so I ended up putting stuff down and leaving.
