I’ve been bringing my dog here for 8 years. I also brought my previous dog to this vet. Today they made up a fake charge of $12 if I wanted to buy my flea medication from an outside source. For all these years they have sent the ok for outside sources to sell me flea meds under their watch. There is nothing on their website or in person explaining why I would have to pay $12 for them to approve getting the medication from somewhere else, all they could suggest is that I just buy the medication from them instead. They sell it for $75 it’s $50 online, they are already robbing me on the cost and now want additional profit. Dorthy Simpson the office manager is a joke for making up this fake charge, and not having the balls to speak to me on the phone about it. It’s so sad after all this time they want to now be greedy. Dorthy Simpson you should feel ashamed, I’m sure my $12 just bought you lunch.

This has to be the absolute worst veterinary office in all of Orlando. Not only are they completely incompetent but they flat out lie to you and then due to their own fault will charge you additional fees because of their own administrative chaos and nightmare. Caring for animals could not be a lower priority for this office. Any savings in money is completely outweighed by the Horrendous level of care and total lack of any resemblance of professionalism

I went to get my cat spayed today but didn’t even make it to the paper work. There was a lovely couple who was going before us and we chatted for 30 minutes before either of us were spoken to. When the front desk woman finally called them up she said the procedure would cost over 500$ when they got a quote of 150$ over the phone. They were obviously shocked and asking how it went up so high. The nurse then proceeded to raise her voice/yell at the couple. She was talking to them like they were stupid. Come to find out she was pushing unnecessary treatments and procedures. She then acted annoyed when they were stunned by the 80$ resuscitation fee. Needless to say it was insanely unprofessional. The office is also incredibly dirty and dingy.

They don’t care for animals AT ALL. I brought one of my dogs there after she was attacked with a piece of her lip hanging off. They wanted the entire payment BEFORE even performing surgery on her. We put $310 out of $1,096 down and made an appointment for surgery the next day, today when we were dropping her off for surgery we were able to come up with an additional $535 which would have equaled to be $835 out of the $1,096 we explained to them and begged them to still do the surgery as I had a direct deposit processing that would clear early THIS evening and would pay the remaining balance of $250 AT PICKUP TIME. They REFUSED to operate on her because IF SHE DIED IN SURGERY THEY WOULD RUN THE RISK OF US NOT PAYING THE REMAINING $ 251 . I have worked in animal care for 5 years and this behavior is disgusting. This is the condition they left my dog in all because I needed to pay a remainder of $251 out of a $1,096 surgery AT PICK UP TIME like a normal service works.

Affordable and willing to work with you. Very good to the animals. Front desk could use some more training, but overall a good place.

These people are no longer the same as before, compassionate and attentive. Now everything is money and the hygiene of that place is scary, dirt everywhere, etc. Total horror

My pet is a regular patient at this Veterinary Clinic for approximately 2 yearsnow without any issues and actually great service. Until recently they'vehired a "Manager" by the name of Dorothy whom is conducting dishonest practicesand essentially is causing possible liabilities for this business. I wasadvised last year May 2022 that my dog needed to get his annual exam, rabiesvaccine and heartworm tests to be issues his medication. I complied with theirrecommendation without issues. Approaching the 6 month mark on his medicationit needed to be refilled. I contacted their office to obtain his meds and theyadvised me I need to enter for a heartworm test again before I was able toreceive his medication. I expressed to the Manager Dorothy I was advised hewould have take that exam at during his visit May 2022. She advised me that anexam was not done and that he needed to take any exam before being able toreceive the medication. She advised me that his last heartwarm test wasexpired. I took my dog for his exam in January 2024 and was charged for theexam, a prescription fee and for medication then advised to return in May 2024for his annual exam. The veterinary office did not has his medicationavailable at the time and was advised to go online to purchase the meds andthey would approve the rx. I did so as Dorothy advised to be ultimately deniedthe medications because I was requesting a year prescription. I contacteddorothy 1/25/24 to express my concerns and she advised me. Yes, the heartwormexam is valid for 12 months but she could only approve me for 4 months ofmedication because they annual exam was needed in may. I expressed to her thatthe medication could only be alloted in 6-12 month increments and did have theability to purchase individual meds. Additionally, I was charged for a RX feefor them to provide to the online pharmacy which they didn't and additionallydidn't receive the medication I was charged for. I expressed to Dorothy thatpreviously I've been provided medications in 6-12 month increments withoutissues when I purchase directly from their office. Dorothy was very botheredwith my rebuttal and stated "this is a new policy", I requested to see thepolicy which she declined. I asked to speak with another manager which shedeclined. And ultimately she declined my pets medication even though I hadbeen charged for the service, RX script and medication but did not receive theservice rendered. I'd like a refund

Wait time is the same as most other vet places between 20 mins to almost 50 but they handle the pets well. They are cheaper than all places I've seen around, got my 2 male cats neutered, and given all their shots. just dropped em off at 8:30am and got em back at 4:30pm all done with their surgery and shots. Nice staff also.

My friend took our dog here and they missed a giant mass in his throat when we took him there because he wasn’t able to breathe, they diagnosed him with an infection and sent us home with antibiotics. There was no improvement and he only got worse to the point where we had to take him into an emergency vet and they immediately found the mass. And now it’s the next day and we are at a different vet about to put our baby down. He’s been suffering because this vet didn’t do their job correctly. God forbid this happens to you and your baby.
