Most of the card readers I’ve used here light up but don’t even work. You find out after pouring in your detergent and softener and then move to other machine.
The one dollar changer is always out of order. You have to buy quarters instead and put all quarters in, even the big washing machines.
The dryers do not take credit cards and most don’t heat that well. Some take 45 minutes to dry.
Not enough basket carts on wheels to go around.
Waiting chairs are mostly broken or uncomfortable.
The owner needs to address all these issues!

Machines are not cleaned enough. Went there for a wash as usual someone poured bleach in the washer prior unknowingly to me. After my wash was completed several of my clothes got ruined. Was told by the clerk that the owner says she is not going to compensate me for my clothes. The owner didn't even take the time to call me and explain after I left my phn number. Wicked woman. You will get your karma. Trust me.
