They were excellent in treating a customer, and they stick to their word when they say come at 8:00am. They finish the job in less time, and the work was professional. They have a manager name Mike, he treats you with respect and he’s fair, he just started the job and he’s an asset to the business. ?

I had a wonderful experience with Lancaster Auto and some of these poor reviews seem silly. Mike at the front desk was more than accommodating after I’d ran over a curb and my “flood flap” knocked off. Instead of up-charging me, the mechanic used screws and bolts of their own to put it back in place. 10/10 recommend.
