My husband and I had a wonderful appointment with Alex from LaBelle Furs to discuss a restyle of a 3/4 length sheared mink coat my husband gifted to me for our 32nd wedding anniversary. At that time we lived in Denver, CO but moved bo FL in 2001. Need I say more? This beautiful coat has not been ennjoyed since! I had even entertained the thought of gifting the mink coat to a dear friend in CO so someone could enjoy it. My husband had been after me for years to have someone restyle the coat into something that would be more suited to our FL climate. I wear vest a lot and decided to seek out a furrier that could restyle the coat into a vest for me. I started to look for a furrier near me and happened up an ad for LaBelle Furs in Orlando. I contacted them about what I wanted to do and was soon invited to a restyle event.
WOW, our appointment with Alex was amazing. We were clueless as to the many, many upscale things my mink coat could be updated into. It was obvious that Alex was an expert in his field. We left the appointment so excited and can't wait to see my new fur that I can enjoy and wear so many different ways right here in FL. Alex had so many options for us to choose from. My coat will be made into a finger length fur vest with zip in mink and leather sleeves which makes it a jacket as well. It will also have a waterproof, satin lining making the vest/jacket reversible with or without sleeves. He is also using some of the fur to make a beautiful neck scarf. My only regret is that we didn't meet Alex and have this done when we first moved to FL in 2001.
My beautiful fur that has been lonely all by itself for 20 years can now be enjoyed by me, and by many generations after me. I'm so excited to be able to enjoy the beautiful gift from my husband again.
Thank you Alex for the wonderful appointment and your time. We're so excited to see the finished vest/jacket.

LaBelle’s has an unbelievable selection. I use the storage service as well as purchase new items. The re-styling option for my mother’s coats is fantastic. Great parking downtown and excellent customer service!

Love this store so much !!! This type of family owned , family run business is almost extinct. These people CARE so much about their customers and making sure to find them something to fit their style and budget. They have the most incredible selection of furs and leather goods. I have traveled the world looking for the perfect fur jacket or vest with little success, only to find what I wanted right here in Orlando,Florida at Labelle’s. The downtown public city parking can be confusing , but if you park in the lot next to them , follow instructions / they will always validate their customers parking. (They also have an incredible intimates and apparel store in maitland. ) It’s easy to support local stores like LaBelle’s and LaBelle’s intimates because they care about their customers , customer satisfaction , and have high end incredible quality, fashionable, unique inventory. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Used the absolutely EMPTY parking lot (now I know why it's empty) so I could run across the street to a job interview. Interviewers told me it would be roughly 3 hours, so I paid for 4 hours of parking with a card. The interview ran about 4 and a half hours. I come back to the park and find I have already been fined 50 dollars. I paid with a card, which was on file, and they couldn't just charge it for the extra time or let me buy more time, the 'grace period' is only 20 minutes. How this company is in business is beyond me, this is such an outright scam that it is ridiculous.

Same as many others. This place seems to be resorting to a scam to con people out of money. I received a $100 fine (even though they claim to send a $50 one first), but I do not remember parking in their lot without paying for parking. Additionally, on that day I ran to get a coffee and could not have been there for more than 10-15 min (they claim in the comments that they have a 20 min grace period). The only "proof" that they offer is a picture of me going into the lot, but not one of me leaving or the time stamps of either. Further, they refused to say who the "private company" managing their lot was until recently and when you look them up, they are no where to be found. The collection company also is nowhere to be found online. I sincerely hope this store goes out of business.

Don’t park here, they’re running a $100 per vehicle scam operation. Judging by these reviews, I’m not the only one getting the ridiculous invoices.

I went today for appraisals and found the owner to be extremely knowledgeable and fair, as well as KIND. My furs did not come my way as a result of good fortune, and did not leave me with much good fortune ($), but she was more than human about it.

Received an invoice for a parking violation for using their lot in the amount of $50. Submitted a dispute providing receipt of payment at the parking kiosk, showed bank statements in dispute only to see it has gone up to $100 fine. This is unacceptable, clearly they need to update there parking system.

Received an invoice charging a $100 fine for parking on , i thought, the Brazilian consulate spot; reading the comments bellow they made a profitable scheme on harrasing people with this ridiculous amount .

I don't know about their fur coats but I do know their parking lot get rich scheme is impeccable. Can't even park in a big empty parking lot for a few minutes to grab some food from next door without receiving a $100 parking ticket. The club goers aren't parking there at night anymore because they closed down club lit so now they must be trying to get it back during the day. If your coming to buy a coat here set aside $100 just for parking. Sad

This business is so sorry and doesn’t make enough money to where they need to charge and harass people for parking and looking at a GPS. Ignorant and money hungry , one of the worse experiences I’ve ever encountered. Sad business

My experience with labelle was a horrible one I felt racially profiled from the second I walked in the door throughout the entire time I was there if it wasn’t dirty looks it was poor customer service being ignored, being met with sarcasm and overall rudeness just all together terrible experience and on top of that a few weeks after my visit I was charged $50 and when I tried to dispute I was met with more rudeness and mistreatment on top of bein charged an additional $50 I won’t ever be returning and I’d highly advise anyone with a good moral compass to steer clear of this horrible establishment
