This shop is one of our favorite. It is pretty “high class.” The Guerlain brand is not to be messed with. Their products are top notch quality. The price is high because of it. The customer service is nice most of the time but it is also rather stuck up. I get it though. You are around such an amazing product that sells for hundreds. You can easily get into a “snob” kind of attitude. You are selling a high end product and you start to act high end yourself. Every one I ever speak to knows exactly what they are talking about. I have never been mislead.I have yet to find Product here that was not amazing. They often have good prices on their boxed sets as compared to their website.

The rudest staff at Disney. And it’s not that the store is in “Paris”. I have been to Paris many times. Unacceptable.

The lady with brown tortoise shell glasses is rude and doesn’t know her product. ( or maybe she didn’t want to help me ) I went asking about the new fragrance Cherry Oud this rude women is going to tell me it’s a Guerlain store! Heifer! I know that ! That’s why I’m asking and looking at me like I can’t afford it. I won’t give them my money.

Going to the Guerlain boutique was the one thing I looked forward to doing most at Epcot to be honest. I had been several times before and they weren't open. I am trying to get ideas for Christmas and this was my chance to try hard to find things like L'Homme Ideal, Insolence, and Le Petite Robe Noir. Wanting to try a brand's perfumes, where would I go other than the boutique? While my mission was basically accomplished because they had Insolence (my main interest), I was disappointed that they were all out of L'Homme Ideal. Almost all other Guerlain fragrances were there, though. The staff were pretty friendly, but I was kind of given the high pressure sale treatment. At the Dior store, they carried most of the big Dior fragrances, and even the rarer Dolce Vita if you're looking for that. Despite the Givenchy sign outside, they carry none.

Has not recovered well from COVID-19 shutdown. Former great employees like Marcia are gone, replaced with people who aren't keeping up the store and aren't familiar with the products. We stopped by last visit and were disappointed with displays for items they were out of.

A bit of France in Orlando...this time an all too little bit Usually, Chefs de France is our favorite EPCOT restaurant. However, this time a pair of epic fails cost them a star. On the spectacular side were the French Onion soup, French cheese board, and the Grilled Tenderloin of Beef. In particular, I can't tell you how pleased we were that the rare tenderloin we ordered was actually served rare - unheard of in WDW. Equally delicious were the freshly baked bread and well stored Pouilly Fuisse. Coming close behind in the 'very good' category were the Duck a l'orange and Macaroni Gratin (NOT to be confused with Mac 'n' Cheese). But one of our group was served a double whammy. First the lardon in his salad wasn't rendered. Instead, greasy almost raw bacon had been tossed throughout making the salad more or less inedible. Next his Beef Bourguignon bore little resemblance to the dish that is served in Paris. Not a stew at all but instead a dry hunk of meat served alongside even drier linguine. He got some of it down thanks to a lot of water...but if the salad had been edible I doubt he would have touched it. Though they perhaps should have been mentioned earlier, the creme brulee, chocolate cake, and apple tart were also spectacular and along with some coffee were an excellent finish to our meal. The decor is that of a medium grade Parisian cafe and the service was excellent. My complaints aside (and I encourage you NOT to order the salade aux lardon or the beef bourguignon) you should make this your 'goto' restaurant in EPCOT.

Had an Epcot day and was excited to have a little bite in France! The park was fairly busy but luckily the wait was less than 15 min! We were seated close enough to the window so we could see the street performer outside while we dined. We didn't want to fill up sine we had other tasty countries to visit. I decided on the escargot and a drink called St. Tropez Pool which was a cocktail made with rosé, sparkling wine, and Cassis on the rocks. My cousin got some French onion soup and a French martini which was made with vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice, and lemon lime foam. Both drinks for very refreshing and delicious. We were happy with our choices. The escargot were plump garlicky, buttery, and served with tiny toast rounds. The French onion soup was everything you would want it to be. The broth was delicious and filled with delicate onions delicious cheese and bread. We were also given a big fresh French baguette with a nice pat of butter. The restaurant is expensive, but it was a nice treat and the service was lovely. I felt like we got what we paid for and there were no complaints. I'd be happy to come back here on a date night and order something off of the full menu.

Absolutely abhorrent experience. I ordered the filet, cooked medium rare. What was delivered to me appeared to be a new york strip cut to look a little more "filet-ish," including three fat lines (that were not rendered at all). It was cooked well done--grey throughout--as opposes to medium rare. When i asked the waiter if he thought the steak looked like it was cooked properly, he replied that it was cooked medium rare. The taste was bland, and i left it, in it's entirety to be delivered to the trash (sad considering the filet is the most expensive item on the menu and was prepared in such a disappointing way). Never once was I asked if I enjoyed the meal or if i would like something different. UPDATE: the manager caught us as the door and confirmed that the wrong meat was served, and refunded the order for us--a kind, albeit unexpected, gesture.

Came here for lunch today with my friend's family. I was told of how good this restaurant is, and was pleasantly surprised that I could make a reservation for 9 people on Christmas Day 60 days ago. We were seated immediately. The service was really good. Our server tried to make sure that we are all happy. She unfortunately spilled a glass of water while cleaning up our dishes, but it was all good. Food...most came out excellent. The chicken tended kids meal however was really dry and hard. The price is not cheap, but it was a great experience.

Eating at a theme park is always expensive but this restaurant's prices are actually comparable to what you might pay at a French restaurant outside in the real world. We ordered one pre fixe menu $41.99 and picked the lobster bisque, beef bourguignon, and apple tart, and the duck breast - all to share. The decor of this place is beautiful, with the warm light coming from spherical lamps. All the cast members here are from France, but with Disney hospitality. The hostess was nice enough to get us a seat by the window so we could watch the fireworks and our server was super friendly. On to the food... the baguette came out nice and warm, served with a small slice of some good quality butter. We ordered sparkling water and were pleasantly surprised that they actually had Badoit. The lobster bisque was rich and creamy with some little chunks of lobster. On our entrees we substituted the linguine for mash potatoes. Even our server didn't understand why the bourguignon was served with linguine (oh Americans!). The beef was super tender, just falling apart with the poke of a fork. For the duck we also got mashed potato because we just don't like sweet potato purée (sorry!). Duck breast was super juicy and the duck confit on top fell off the bone while the skin was nice and crispy. Oh and mashed potato was on the blander side, which went well with the rich savory meats. Now for the main event - the apple tart! Sliced apples on top of a perfectly flaky "croissant" base with marzipan in between. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with white chocolate flakes sprinkles on the bottom. All of this sitting on caramel. It was deliciously decadent without being overly sweet. It was the best dessert I've had in quite some time. If you're at EPCOT, treat yourself to this wonderful restaurant.

Terrible terrible service. We asked for water several times and only got one refill. 2 tables sat after us and were done and we were still waiting for a dessert menu. I would not recommend this place. Food was wonderful, but not worth the service.

Underwhelmed. Chefs de France is positioned in the epicenter of Epcot's world showcase of France. It's reminiscent of a Parisian cafe like none-other outside of Paris itself. The decor is impeccable down to the French waitstaff. The food. This is where I was left wanting more. The baguette served was tiny, about 6-8" long. I ordered the lobster bisque for a starter. Presentation was clean with a small pile of, what looked like, lobster or crab. I was excited to jump in knowing this creamy soup of lobster goodness awaits. I took my first bite, and something was missing. It definitely wasn't salt, it was very salty. Took another bite. And another. The glaring fault... there was no flavor. No lobster at all. Just creamy and salt. Even eating the little chunks of lobster, there was nothing. And at this point of the evening we were starving, I didn't even get through half of the bowl. Next the main course. I ordered the duck breast and leg confit. Portion size was small compared to the massive chicken entree my partner ordered. The duck was tender and the sweet potato purée was ah-mazing. Overall good dish, but I've had better duck on Disney property. Dessert was definitely the highlight. I had the chocolate tart. Not too sweet, amazing quality of chocolate. A good way to pick up a, somewhat, dispointing dinner. All in all, chefs de France was a good experience. I've walked by a ton of times and to finally check it off the list was pleasing. Not a sit down option I would revisit, given so many amazing options in the world showcase.
