Terrible experience with rude and unreliable customer service. Will never return. Some people do not understand customer service at all. Refused to get me a manager, tell me his name or get me any help at all. His face says it all.

They close 30min before they actually do, because won't let you in. Lied to us at sign up saying they would be 24/7 soon. That was a year ago. Very dirty.

Be very careful with the personal training subscription. They are robbing me of $325 every month. They promise the moon and stars, but then there are no trainers available or they are busy. However, they continue to take money out of your account every month, even if you don't take the training sessions.
