Spoke to Malia about getting my phone back that was stolenahe had the best answers to all my questions. Then I came in and spoke to Mike who let me know he had it in the back so I was able to get my IPhone back. They have the best phone etiquette, best customer service, best everything. MIKE AND REGGIE WAS AMAZING ! Very fun and professional. First time here at this store ended up buying an Apple Watch ⌚️ they took care of us. Also offered us water soda and chips for my kiddos. Lol we will be back soon

I went the shop after having the worst experience looking for a gaming system for my kid. Mike was so inviting and didn’t hesitate to assist me. He explained prices and my options which helped to make the right choice for me. He even downloaded my son a game on his new system! Mike was patient and I could tell he really enjoys engaging with customers. After he cash me out he asked me to pull my car around to load my purchases. Mike is the perfect representation of of the LaFamilia values!

I found this place online. The staff was absolutely amazing, they gave me an amazing deal, the customer service was by far some of the best. It seemed like they were all happy to be there and do their jobs. Kandi was the one who posted the listing of the item I was interested in buying. Her communication about the product and the hours of the store was outstanding. Overall a great experience here, I would recommend this place to anyone.
