Very clean and welcoming staff.They allowed us to try samples and I must say we purchased FrischSchoggi Strawberry-Curd White and it's amazing ?I also think it's worth mentioning they are a tad bit pricey.You can tell it's quality but... we wish it was alittle more reasonable in price we would have purchased more.Overall good experience ?

Whenever I need a little “just because” gift, I always get some chocolate from here. Our family always enjoys the vegan cashew chocolate…it’s the best. The staff there is always attentive!! So if you’re looking for some great chocolate and a nice attentive staff, go to the Millenia location and enjoy.

First of all, chocolate continues amazing. However, we were greeted by 3 representatives and it was one worse than the other. Sorry if I’m too demanding but if I’m paying a premium for chocolate I expect premium service. The 3 people working at 3pm on July 7th were horrendous. The first didn’t look at me while I asked questions, felt like I was bothering her. Second I bought a gift of the chocolate selection for my husband and didn’t see the mini sticker which said vegan. When I was putting it myself in the unbranded and cheap gift bag they gave me, I noticed it. What a commotion to be able to exchange it to the same product but not vegan. It was an honest mistake and they treated me like I was returning a car. Next, my friend noticed the cheap bag they gave me and asked if Läderach didn’t have their original bags… the guy then gave us their bag… what a skimpy cheap move to have originally given us an unbranded flimsy bag for no reason. I’ve been to this store multiple times in Switzerland and orlando and have never been treated this way. They really hired people with no manners to represent their high end product… I will not be buying gifts for clients there any longer untilCustomer service is resolved. Very concerning especially for management and corporate which probably had no idea of the subpar team members they have representing their brand.

Wow... these are literally the most delicious chocolates I've ever had. My husband bought me a small box for Mother's Day and each bite sized treat is so flavorful and beautiful. I can't comment on shopping experience (yet) but the husband said the service was lovely. Looking forward to visiting them soon!
