Do not use Kroger specialty pharmacy. They are the worst at communicating the worst at getting you your medicine delivered. I’ve missed several of my infusions due to their poor communication. There’s no urgency they do not care and the sadder part is is I work for Kroger.

Who are these people and why are they appealing a decision on my behalf made by my insurance without ever asking me if I wanted them to first? Stay in your lane, Kroger. If I wanted the decision appealed, I would've done it myself.
