Craig and his crew have taken care of my law office's copier needs for over 10 years. They get me quality machines at great rates, and then keep them maintained and updated. I never have any copier issues because these guys anticipate everything. Great service and straight up, nice people.

Craig has been absolutely AMAZING to work with, we have worked with him for years, and known he was good. However more recently he has just gone over and above for our small business. Owner is violently racist and anti-homeless. Loves to call 911 in non-emergency situations on people who are not on his property and not bothering him. Just go to Staples, they're cheaper and have better machines anyway.

We went to Kittinger when we realized the cost of ink was getting out of control and our results weren't good with our old HP. Kittinger put us in a Lease to Purchase Epson that has reduced our cost per copy to a negligible amount. Wonderful support and fantastic machine. See how they could help you.

We have transitioned our office to Kittinger after trying out their machine at our PlayCamp. Veterinary offices test even the best printers and theirs has done well. They are very responsive on issues and have saved us money.

For more than 10 years our company has purchased our copiers/printers/fax machines from Craig at KBM. He gives us fair pricing and quality products that are selected specifically for our needs. We have also purchased business machines for our home and are so glad we did not fall for the "apparent" lower price somewhere else when it really meant lower quality. KBM delivers the best quality and service for the money.
