There were two women when we went to get my puppy vaccinated. One of the women was awesome (I think she had pink hair). The other one had her child running around the office. I was not comfortable with the child near needles and when I mentioned that I did not want the child present for his safety, she was incredibly rude about it. Never even saw the actual veterinarian. Will not be going back.

This establishment pushes for you to buy multiple items that aren’t necessary and rush your pets. They also won’t give you medical advice if the medication they prescribe makes your dog sick they will push for you you pay high fees for another appointment and test. My puppy was prescribed antibiotics but was told that they were probiotics and they made my dog very sick. The medication given was for worms but my dog doesn’t even have worms so he got very sick. I wouldn’t trust them

False advertising, this location is not open 24hrs. It’s their sister location on White Road that’s 15 mins away - 24/7 Animal Hospital that’s open 24hrs. I hope this can get readjusted soon.

They charge you an "emergency fee" even when they are empty. The vet doesn't talk to you about anything they are just quick to prescribe medication. The exam was probably 2 minutes at most and he gave eme very generic answers. The receptionist is super nice and answered questions about my dog. I wouldn't come here again

Do you see the pictures attached? It should not be a problem if it was my dog but not. It is a completely different dog. My dog is 4 months and took the shot this morning at this place and being act weird since that. I called them to check what happened and someone said that it was a mistake in the invoice and they are eliminating the open balance. WHAT?? I called them to check what they injected in my dog this morning and not about the open balance. They have followed someone's dog vaccination schedule which is 1 year older than mine and they think we are concerned about the balance?I hope everything goes well with my dog.

WORST VET EVER HE DOESN'T CARES ABOUT YOUR PET! ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY.brought my puppy in 5 weeks ago. they charged me 125 for the " emergency fee " even though the vet was EMPTY and I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS because the vet wasn't even there.. after that he didn't even check my puppy and didn't even talk to me and grabbed her and gave her a vaccine. It's been 5 weeks and my puppy is worst. when I brought her to another vet they told me they weren't supposed to give her that medication because she was 2 months old and it could be fatal for her.
