Is a nightmare your office no matter at what time do you call and says I am NOT calling in normal business hours . Customer service is 0 doesn’t exist I called CS and they don’t have idea why Statefarm is trying to contact me .I am done with this .. is not the first time ..

My experience had been a nightmare. I contacted the agency to get a quote for my house insurance and after I signed the contract, the underwriter changes the policy. This started back in October 2023, and I haven't heard any explanation of why they change of the policy. I been doing a follow up every single week, without any response, than my case had been escalated for a supervisor to reviewed and they will contact me as soon they have an answer. It's very frustrating in trust in an insurance company like this. I can't understand how long a supervisor needs to review a case back from October. Just be careful with this agency because can take a while to resolve your situation. I wish I had Jake from Statefarm as a representative, he will be more knowledgeable than any of the employee in this location.
