We started taking out pet here when she was a little puppy until she turned 14. They took really good care of her until she passed away on April 7th, 2024. I highly recommend this place because they really do care about their patients.

Since we changed to JYPAH with doctor Susla it was a life changing experience. He cares and explains with so much details. He educates and goes beyond for each of my pets. His patience and dedication has always been the same. He is so knowledgeable & will not sell or prescribe medicine your pet doesn’t need.Almost 3 years later every visit is consistent and the best care my cats & dogs could have. Not every visit has been good news, but somehow the team does everything possible to make the moment peaceful. The staff is amazing. Thank you Dr. Susla for taking such good care of my babies.SD

They were able to get us in same day appointment and was flexible with timing when we were running late. The actual visit was helpful also and very informative and Dr Day and team were perfect.

All around the best! Every single person there is so amazing and feels like family from the moment I walk in the door! Even when just calling in to ask a question or book an appointment. Always love talking to Bonnie. Could never imagine bringing my babies anywhere else or seeing anyone else except Dr Day!

Kiko was just about a year when attacked by another dog and the doctors and staff were very kind and patient with him. They saved his life and told me everything that needed to be done for him. I will always be grateful.

Dr. Susla and Dr. Day have been amazing to my three cats. They are kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable about their care. They take the time to explain the pros and cons of every treatment option. AND they don't pressure my decision making process as to what is best for my animals. The office staff is also amazing! They are kind and patient with every phone call!!

Gracie is in wonderful hands! Dr. Susla is always very thorough and informative and shows genuine concern for Gracie and her health. The ladies in the front are always wonderful as well. We have been trusting John Young Animal Hospital with our pet's health and well being for over 20 years: Pepper, Petey Hobbes, and Gracie is now our third in their care. We just moved here and needed a vet for our dog. This clinic is close to our house. I looked up the reviews online and they were fantastic. Dr Susla was fantastic. This office is phenomenal in every way! Dr Susla is so caring and compassionate. He listens and comes up with a plan and always follows up with a phone call a couple of days after a concerning visit! I cannot stop recommending this office!!!
