The service is terrible here. Twice I went inside asked for a freshly made Original Chicken and that I would be willing to wait the 15-20 minutes. They made me wait then gave me a soggy pattie that's been sitting there anyway. They did this twice very dissatisfied and disappointing because I loved BK since I was a kid... do better.

The lady at the cash register treated us poorly, she was rude and insolent, she laughed at us....We also had some discount coupons that we wanted to apply and he told us that we had to bring them printed, when there he only said that showing and reading the code was enough.They certainly didn't want us to apply the available coupon.Anyway, we stayed and ate there, like any other mortal, but with that taste of injustice for not being local...

Negative 0. Why the place is always either closed out of burgers or the grill is broke. Yes out of burgers at a burger place. The inside is locked so you can't go inside. the speaker at the drive Thur sometimes work. Stay away from this one. They should close this location and send the 2 people inside to another location who could use the help.
