My car broke down on Thanksgiving day. I called other towing companies but the wait times were between 1.5 - 2 hrs. I called JC towing and their wait time was 25 minutes. Of course, I choose them. I didn't even have to wait that long. It was less than 25 minutes. Fabian, the driver, was very helpful and friendly. He is a good person to chat with. Thanks Fabian. You are an awesome guy!

The service was quick, took less than 30 mins to get to me. The driver was very polite and respectful. However, I was told that I would receive a receipt "soon". I texted that night for a receipt and was told they'd get one to me. Two weeks passed and I called, asking for my receipt. I was told I'd receive one at the end of the day. It is now over 3 weeks later and I have yet to get a receipt. If you need a receipt for any reason for their services, I'd suggest getting one before they pick up or drop off your vehicle.

They are very fast and efficient! I was left stranded on 408 and they picked me up within 15 minutes and took me to an auto shop. The guy who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend!

My insurance picked this company, they called me and told me they were adding an additional request and were waiting for my insurance to approve. 2 hours later after no feedback, I messaged JC and they told me they were still waiting.I call my insurance and my insurance tells me JC had marked the service as completed and cancelled the pick up.Very bad customer service.

Love this towing company, very nice and professional! when I called them they were quick to get to my car , they also keep you up to date in the process of transporting your vehicle, and their charge was reasonable.I was not present so that was nice, took 30-35 mins from pick up to delivery. Bailed on my tow and didn't alert my provider at all or do anything they were supposed to! Just marked it complete and went on their slimy way. It isn't complete.
