The Mrs was looking for a gift so we stopped in for our first time. Clothes are cute but extremely packed in so you have to take every piece off the rack to see it. Also while we were there, the floor could have used a good sweep.

Janie and Jack at the Orlando Outlets on International Drive has the worst customer service. Rude and unhelpful cashiers. Love the children's clothes but will have to shop elsewhere. They need to do better sales hiring because the person there was awful.

Good place to buy babies, lovely clothes, swimsuits, everything beautiful for your baby, clothes designed for your baby, excellent service, you speak Spanish. Sandals for swimming pools, glasses, dresses for babies, boys and girls.

I absolutely love Janie and Jack! I didn't realize there was an outlet until I searched on Yelp. Having been to the Janie and Jack in Millenia Mall, I walked out spending $78 for an outfit. For Labor Day, My husband and I visited the outlet and to my surprise, many of the dresses they had at the outlet were also in the Millenia location. Only difference was that there was a sale so 20% additional off the price! Definitely go to the outlet and skip the Millenia location all together! The Janie and Jack outlet is located across from Off Sax 5th avenue. I will definitely be back here.

I was a regular customer of your. Bought lots of gifts. I also bought a lot of clothes for my grandkids. But my last experience was terrible. Manger was impolite, unprofessional and disrespectful when I went there on 12/13/2021 Al 6.30 PM at store # 02840. I hope the next time I go there I am better treated

Ran through the rain to get to the store and it was closed. The website says closes at 7 PM and all the other stores close at 7 PM but they close at 6 PM. Please change the times on your website or do what the other stores do which is close at 7 PM.

If you really like this brand this is definitely a place to check out for better pricing. Obviously it's going to be things from Seasons past. But the prices can't be beat. Since we live in Florida the spring and summer stuff is still very usable all throughout the year. We headed over here for their friends and family event. They were doing an additional 15% off all sale items, and 35% off any regular priced item.Staff was welcoming and asked us if we needed anything. They would have been helpful if we needed to find any sizes or look at any other offerings. However, I knew kind of what I was looking for and what I wanted. I always enjoy their shoes as they offer a variety of different sandals with buckles. My little likes to kick off her shoes as soon as she puts them on, but the buckles help to keep them on just a little bit longer. I also really enjoy their dresses and pants as they're really high-quality and made well.The store itself is easy enough to find it's right across the way from Saks Fifth Avenue. If you park behind Saks Fifth Avenue and walk through the store you'll come out the entrance and you'll see it right away.The biggest problem with dealing with this place is dealing with the parking. Since it's the outlet mall it's constantly busy and there's always a lot of traffic. This means that you'll have to face finding a parking spot which may mean looping around to finally get to one. I highly recommend that you go either first thing in the morning or later at night when it does slow down just a little bit.Overall: ABetter pricing on cute, quality clothes for littles.

Janie and Jack has cute and high quality clothes! This is an outlet so you can get some better prices. The clothes are well made and unique. You can't find these clothes for kids many other places. If you want something special for an event or just have the money to spend, go for it! Your kids will be the best dressed around. You can also catch great additional % off sales!Definitely come inside and browse! I'm sure many things will catch your eye. I love when my kids wear Janie and Jack.
