This home depot has the best service. My boyfriend and I walked in with a whole list of things to get and someone named Terrence helped out immensely. He sat with us and went through every item until we had everything we needed. Made our move-in super easy!

Home Depot prides themselves on the honest feedback given by customers. Here's mine: Just loaded 30+ pieces of 2x6x8 Wood off of the middle pallet displayed in the store while two employees literally sat and watched. Not one of them offered to help. Ok, weird, but ok. I went to get 4x4 posts, again on the middle pallet. Climbed up and grabbed 3. No one to offer assistance. It's Sunday, they are not busy! What happens if next time I fall? Who's around to help? No signs posted, nothing! As a liability insurance adjuster, they have a lawsuit waiting to happen from someone! Finally, after I checked out with a large load of wood, employees just nonchalantly walking around in lot watching me load it by myself. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Take your business and money elsewhere! I forgot screws and paint. I'll be going to Lowe's!

Before you do business with this location, read this s**** Typically with a big company you can assume customer service will lack a bit just due to the sheer size. I have always used Home Depot, being from Atlanta it's almost a must, but I will never step foot in this location again. It all started with us purchasing a dishwasher and allowing them to install it. The company who is contracted through Home Depot broke a pipe which flooded our house (believe it) these guys didn't even know how to cut the water off, the excuse was of course our plumbing was old. Sorry guy just had it all replaced under the sink less than 6 months ago with no issues. We were without water for 3 days waiting for these idiots to send a plumber. Plumber shows up puts a rinky dink patch on it and says we are good, and then try's to charge me for it (homie don't play that) no shove the bill up your a** and have a good day. I repaired it correctly and have not had an issue since. (I waited for the plumber out of principal, you broke it, you fix it) spoke with the HD manager who was actually really helpful and talked us in to continuing business with them. (Again my bad) Fast forward and now my wife and I have a furniture business. (Her business I'm just a slave to the goodies so I comply) We have probably spent close to $10,000 in lumber at this place and these fools skipped the customer service class and quality assurance class. I'm constantly looking for sales associates, constantly getting this s*** wood. I'm not talking just crap wood, the wood is MOLDED, smells like a dirty a** feet. Constantly fighting to get some kind of service. Tonight was the nail in the coffin, no one around, other department associates paged for assistance and they never showed, called and called and the ever elusive wood associate never showed. Turns out my out of shape a** had to climb up the shelves to get the material I needed. My wife waited for 20 minutes for an associate to ask about the mold wood to see if they had better material and finally said, nope. I'm done. We left. Moral of the story, save yourself a headache and find somewhere that prides themselves in customer service. This place has none. I'm sure someone else won't mind taking my money. BTW they don't answer the phone either, and when they do it sounds like Billy college bro just left the frat house after shot gunning 12 beers. Carry on turds.

I am going to give it at least two stars. I mean we all know The Home Depot and what they have. More than likely if they sell it, they will have it. So, why did I give it two stars? Let's explore this: I am 100% blaming this particular Home Depot. I went to Lowe's to order some hardwood floors for a house I was about to close on. Lowe's had the foresight to check their computer system and notify me that the floors wouldn't make it by the date I needed them. (I wanted the new hardwood floors installed, carpet replaced with hardwood on the stairwell, paint, crown molding, appliances...). I had the perfect scheduled -as long as I could get my floors in within 14 days. I visited The Home Depot down the street. I was notified that 14 days would be no issue at all. I was told the floors should be in well in advance. I ordered everything I needed and drove back up to Ocala. Thirteen days later, I drove to Orlando to close on the house. I was en route to pick up the floors. I needed to have them that day (Friday) so they could acclimate in the house over the weekend. Guess what? They weren't there. They called the guy over the section and he said -yeah, "the truck didn't deliver them. But it might deliver them [the following] Tuesday." I canceled after going the f*#* off. The manager called a couple days later to apologize-totally insincere and was clearly checking the block. I went to floor and decor and purchased everything I needed, minus the stair reducers, and walked out with them.

Our refrigerator broke so we went to purchase a new one, they told us it wouldn't be available until 4 days later (ok) the delivery day comes and we get NO call about the delivery, so we call and they say the fridge is on BACKORDER! Why wasn't this told to us before we went through with the purchase? it's 100 degrees outside and we have NO fridge thanks to HD. The only good thing about our experience was the girl who helped was very sweet. But HD screwed us. Took days for us to get money back

Five stars because I saw four dogs in my very short trip here. Any place that allows dogs gets five stars in my book! (Also, it's a pretty nice Home Depot location - but that's beside the point)

This place lies to you and screwed with your life. I had a defective toilet, been using it for about 9 months. I didn't really know how to proceed with it since I never had a broken toilet before. So I went to the store and asked if I can get an exchange or refund. They told me they could only do store credit. I said fine, so I bought a new toilet, and asked them if it's ok to bring back the old one after I get the new one installed, they said sure. They made it clear I will only get store credit. I said again, that's fine. After paying my plumber and get the new one out in, I took back the old one nicely packed. Then they say oh no, we can't take it back. I said I was promised they will give store credit that's why I bought a new one and dragged this heavy stuff from home to here. Still, didn't care. Now the manufacturer will exchange my old toilet. But what am I supposed to do with two new toilets? I only bought the new one because I was promised to get a store credit. They denied the what I was promised, and told me the last person was wrong. Well how is it my problem your own store employee was wrong especially she talked to a supervisor as well that day. This is totally messed up, misleading, and not good business practice. In a sense, I felt this is a new version of switch and bait. This needs to be fixed.

Usually go to Lowes but today i was in a hurry and needed a closer home improvement store. I needed 2 things, a steam dryer exhaust cable and one for the washer. I walk in and head to plumbing, cant find what i need. ask a random employee walking by, points me in right direction, (fine, except for the fact that i need help finding exactly what i need. he kept walking so i was on my own) i get to the tubes and look for the right lengths, they have the 6ft ones but nothing shorter than 5ft. i need a 5ft and a 3ft one, so i'm standing there confused. they have ONE guy in the area and he is helping people but had a line of about 4 people waiting to be helped. So i wait for about 10-15mins for the guy to be able to help me. He finally gets to me and they don't have anything i need. So now i've wasted about 25-30 minutes for them to just tell me they don't have what i need. I should have gone somewhere else.

Found what I was looking for after a brief search on my own but wasn't sure if I picked up the right item. As I looked for an employee to ask, a young male employee passed by and asked me if I needed help. I explained to him what I needed. He said I picked up the right item. Lol, my son's toilet at his off campus apartment near UCF now flushes without having to remove the lid! Back story: My student-son has no car and I was in town for just the day so I HAD to get it right! Thanks, Home Depot!

Pros: This is definitely the place to visit for most home improvement needs. They have just about everything and the prices are usually fair. Cons: There seems to be a lack of service and attention to detail at this location. I literally wondered around the store aimlessly for fifteen minutes and no one even bothered to ask if I needed help; and then when I eventually asked someone a question, they gave me a completely wrong answer that didn't even make sense. People: Fair Process: Good Product: Good Quality: Good Quantity: N/A Value: Fair Cleanliness: Fair Ambience: Fair Timing: Good Attention To Detail: Fair

I don't shop here often, as the last few times I came in the aisle with what I needed was closed for some obscure internal reason. However, on this visit, things went GREAT! We stopped in to pick up some potting soil and mulch. There was plenty of selection; grade, quality, and size, along with the price. There was help when I needed it; and, two cash registers open, for a line that was building. Great stop!

I'm in the midst of a home renovation project and this place has been my go-to for good quality interior paint. The painting staff are absolutely amazing, and the paint colors are ridiculously spot on! As for the store as a whole, it has been my experience that finding staff for general questions and guidance has been difficult. I have learned to wait in line at the customer service counter to ask for advice or to find out what aisle something is on. Customer service staff are nice and will help you find the information you need even if they need to call around to ask. Personally, I wish I could readily find staff for help without waiting in line but this method of problem solving has worked for me thus far. If you know what you're doing (I'm learning slowly), you will likely be able to maneuver yourself around easily. I will continue to shop at this store.
