Do not go here for repairs. A minor rear end on bumper took 2 weeks to fix. They did not completely fix all the damage. There was still a gap on bumper area, one area was still not fully sealed like the other side was, and a loose panel as a result of the accident was never fixed. The manager Josh really acted apathetic when i picked-up my car. He told me it was repaired to factory specifications. A big gap is not factory specs. I told him that after i looked at work i said “it sucks”. I was honest. He did not care and made no effort to correct anything. I hope classic collision enjoys the $2800 worth of repairs they milked from the insurance. Not worth that much. At the desk they tell you that i will get a survey and gave me a template on how to answer. That is not a real survey. That is just information you are giving me to look good. I will never go here again and tell everyone i know not to use this company.

My vehicle was involved in a minor collision and the other drivers insurance company GEICO recommended repairs here. Initially I was receiving regular alerts on the progress and satisfied even though the process took almost 30 days for replacement and painting of a rear bumper. However upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed protrusions on the side of the rear bumper that had just undergone installation , painting and inspection. I was informed this is common when aftermarket parts are used and heated after paining. During further inspection of the vehicle I noticed my windshield was cracked in the repairs. It was suggested that I may have had a crack or chip prior however fortunately there were pictures taken showing the state of the vehicle upon receipt by this facility to validate no damages. Initially was informed these damages would go over the drivers policy limit and not be covered. It was suggested that I make a claim against my own insurance to get replaced , to which I refused and suggested they honor their workmanship and take ownership of the damages. In trying to discuss this with several mangers I am often informed they are busy, out of the office, unavailable and will call me back to the number I have provided. I have had to sit in the parking lot to call and can visibly see the mangers when told they are not in, and have been lied to indicating they called and left voicemail or sent e mails to which no record can be located. My vehicle requires an original manufactures glass for the sensors and camera & needs calibration unfortunately this is on nationwide back order so I am delayed 6-8 weeks . As of now I have been promised a written electronic mail indicating they will honor their workmanship and have the bumper replaced and inspected for damages , as well as order the part and upon receipt will replace with original manufacturer glass and calibrate sensors at no cost. Some things are beyond control of a company to maintain a satisfied customer engagement however, numerous layers of management avoiding taking a call is unacceptable. The proof is in the data and I have evidence of all my suggestions in this post. I will report an update once this work is completed in the interim anyone considering the facility please consider all alternatives if nothing else recordings are in your favor.

Classic collision took care of my vehicle after I was hit and at first I was very very skeptical because of the reviews I had seen online. But Josh Bell was the estimator on this project and he was very helpful and professional the whole time I had no issues getting in contact with him when I would call for updates.
I had to pick up my vehicle. There were some minor adjustments that needed to be worked on I spoke to Josh and he was able to take care of those minor issues fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this location and this body shop to do your work. You can't even , tell that my car had been in an accident.

Do not use this place to fix your car! They lied about replacing the rear bumper but still charged for the replacement cost. Since the damaged bumper has missing latches, they just glued the old bumper to the chassis so no gaps are visible. I found out this after my recent accident (no damage on the bumper) when the mechanical cannot put the bumper back without a gap there. I have contacted Geico for making this right, but I will never never use this place again!

Had a damaged door and side panels after being hit by another vehicle. The other drivers' insurance worked directly with this place and the whole process was extremely smooth. Vehicle was ready when promised, and it looks fantastic. The door works good as new. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Received constant updates and they made sure I was satisfied. I'll definitely return here if I ever need more work done!

The service from that company is terrible. I went to pick up my car and they delivered it to me all dirty on the outside. They put metal ones in and they didn't weld and I didn't like the customer service. I really didn't patch it.

After spending almost a year, going back-and-forth with the shop, trying to get things taken care of finally getting my car together to only find more things wrong with it to send it to the dealership to have them take a look at it and then they have the insurance company total the car out because it wasn’t found in the beginningand now I am without a car after a year of fighting shot to get it fixed properly
