All Bea did was listen to the information I provided her and she was able to help connect an old tmodevice that was not found in the network when attempting to switch service to. Long story short, she made the impossible possible and she deserves a raise or promotion. Aside from her, my experience with tmobile has been subpar.”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

“The storm fried my modem and I needed to get a new one. Went into the store the staff was friendly and quick.
Luis/ Louis was amazing! He placed my new modem in a bag and sealed it shut tight to keep the equipment from getting wet. The manager was amazing as well. 10 out of 10”
