I've been practicing yoga my entire life, have been to most yoga studios surrounded Palo Alto. No studio is better than the few classes I took here; probably because this is a school with new constant knowledge and ongoing improvements. I was really happy with Brian who teaches on Saturday at 10am, I highly recommend him along with Nicolas Daurio whom took me into his social group the first day. Kara, the owner is doing everything right here. I also experienced a intense healing meditation class with Jean who helped with my inner peace. I bought a $300 package and was pleasantly surprised when they issued me a refund when I told them my situation. To top it off, this place has massage therapy that, believe it or not, was better than my treatments at the local Ritz Carlton.Thank you for all the support and healing. God Bless.

A very well-rounded yoga teacher training. The course was focused on Vinyasa, but we did a little Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Yin as well. The anatomy classes were wonderful and the Ayurveda and Pranic Healing classes were a special treat.

My name is Alexandra Yepes and I am a disabled operation, Iraqi freedom. I am a mother of 3 sons, ages 18, 9 and 3. I have recently lost my job in the mortgage lending world, due to the market, which was very stressful and really triggered my anxiety and PTSD. My husband has also lost his job and has been unemployed for the last six months from a bank. We have maxed out our credit cards and have now pulled our retirement accounts. We are definitely experiencing a financial hardship and need to help getting out of this rut.It would mean the world to me to be able to receive this yoga training in order to be able to do work that is worthy of helping others in my community and will help my family become financially stable again.I would love to be able to teach yoga to veterans and women in my community. I dream of teaching morning or sunset in the park with students who become friends.Thank you for your generosity and for this opportunity to be considered.#please #makemeayogi

So I went to this yoga studio through class pas which is a great membership that allows you credits each month to go to softener types of workouts. This one was 4 credits and recently I've been on a yoga kick so I wants to try it out. Let me tell you, this yoga class kicked my ass. Unfortunately I don't remember the instructors name but she was incredibly nice. It's just that this was not at all for beginners like myself. They tell you yes, you can remain in one simple pose the whole class. But if you are trying to really maximize your time and follow along- it's very difficult. She was very fast in her stretches and I as a beginner could not keep up or hold any of the poses she was instructing. Before you mention "she should have taken a Lowe class level" this class level was detailed as being for all levels. However I don't think it was for beginners or those who were not flexible. I will say- at the end of the class, the instructor gave out these inspirational cards with quotes on them and mine was particularly accurate and appreciated. For that, I might try to come back as I get more flexible.

Inspirit yoga studio was the very first place I ever took my very first yoga class thanks to one of my friends who invited me and my partner. The space and people there were so welcoming and made me feel safe & at home. At the end of class I felt so light specially during the ending of meditation. I experienced so many things that I never experienced before. I began my yoga practice at home back in 2018 thanks to the encouragement of my 10yr old daughter and haven’t looked back. This practice has helped me center myself to connect with my breath & body. I’ve released many things on my mat and for that reason I want to become a teacher to help our younger generations navigate this life in a healthier ways, To teach in ways I was never taught before. Inspirit Yoga Studio is a welcoming and safe learning environment that inspires growth. The people here, whether it be the yoga instructors or masseuses truly have a passion for what they are doing and want to help you invite wellness into your life. You can feel the kindness radiate throughout the walls as it fosters a nonjudgmental place where everyone feels able to focus on their own individual improvement journeys together. With all those factors this studio garners such a transformative space, I have witnessed this first hand through my daughter she had undergone some serious trauma and has been trying to heal, ever since coming to this studio I have seen her become herself again and her smile return to her face it’s something I was afraid of never being able to see again. Yoga has tremendously helped her and Insipirt has offered amazing guidance, so i am eternally grateful to this studio and highly recommend it to everyone!!!!With that being said I would like to nominate my daughter ( Hailey L) for #makemeayogi. She has a lot of light in her heart some of it has been dimmed but I know not gone I am hoping this experience will help her relight those sparks within her I want her to grow and regain her strength to be able to be in a position where she can inspire and help others who might be going through a similar situation.

The vinyasa class with Wendy has quickly become the highlight of my week. Wendy is super welcoming, supportive, and has taught me so much in so little time. Additionally, Inspirit Yoga studio has the most friendly atmosphere that makes you immediately feel comfortable to practice and be yourself.I would like to nominate myself for the the RTY200 scholarship because yoga has truly saved/changed my life. Yoga has become a healthy outlet to release my anxiety and I would love to have the opportunity to not only deepen my practice for myself, but for others in the community. #makemeayogi

I will focus a a recent student massage. Pavel, my practitioner, was friendly, informative, professional, and skilled in his future profession. Having arrived with extreme pain from my lower back to my feet I wondered if he could help. To my amazement Pavel not only addressed my problem areas but was adept in providing me with a fulfillment of holistic healing. Thank you Inspirit for training Pavel. Your educational curriculum created a student destined for greatness in the field of Massage Therapy. Thank you Pavel for your precise attention bringing me the healing I needed.
