A very well-rounded yoga teacher training. The course was focused on Vinyasa, but we did a little Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Yin as well. The anatomy classes were wonderful and the Ayurveda and Pranic Healing classes were a special treat.

Wonderful place to practice and connect I have to nominate @pazhazte for the yoga training. After a so many years of going through THAT much that training would transform all of that into something that will help somebody else. A story no be heard.

Most beautiful and transforming experience. It’s not just a yoga training it’s a spiritual and reuniting experience with self. I have gained so much knowledge and many friends within this beautiful community Inspirit has created.

We are a beginner friendly studio with $7 classes! We are located in a large warehouse space with ample room for social distancing. Preregistration is not required but very much appreciated. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga & Kundalini. We also provide Yoga Teacher Training and other certification courses.
