Inspired Closets put in a walk-in closet, and a work space in our study. We have been thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish. Everyone we interfaced with, from the design phase, to installation - was customer-focused and very skilled at their job. We could not be more please with the results!

I got a few quotes from other companies but was most impressed of the value, options, and work offered by Inspired Closets.Unlike other companies they offer both floor mounted and wall mounted units to fit all budgets, the pricing was transparent and the value was great for the product (this does not mean cheap or cheaply made).They also offered a full start to end process of taking down existing wire shelves, patching holes and painting which other companies do not offer.

We could not be happier with how our closets ended up. Working with Leslie we came up with a design that worked for our house. And the installer team of Zach, Jose, Trevor, and Frank were so professional. Ray handled a small glitch with speed and class. I highly recommend this team and Inspired Closets.

Regina is the best! I’m a designer and came across Inspired Closets while looking for a new vendor to partner with on my projects. Regina and I clicked right away and I have now worked on 3 or 4 projects together and I couldn’t be more delighted. The end results are excellent and the product is great quality. The installations have been seamless. However, the designer is what makes it all work. Very responsive and changes can be viewed in real time making the process quick. A+++++.

We just had a Murphy wall bed installed by Inspired Closets. The bed is absolutely beautiful!! Our designer was Regina Pepe and she was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our plan for the room and took it to the next level. So happy from start to finish!! Highly recommend this company and our designer.

My whole experience with inspired closets was wonderful especially with my designer Regina. She listened to what I wanted and was communicative throughout the process. From the design to the installation, everything was smooth sailing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a built in closet for your master!

As a television news anchor, my closet needs to be organized and every inch of my space utilized. Regina helped me achieve just that. Working with her was a wonderful experience. She helped me create my dream closet and the price was much more affordable than I expected. I look forward to now having every home in my closet customized by Inspired Closets Orlando.

My experience was great from the start. Regina came to my home and listened to exactly what we wanted for 3 closets. She was amazing. They scheduled the install and two guys came and put them in and they were better than expected. I love my closets! The staff members were all wonderful and professional throughout.

We had top service from this company! I cannot recommend them enough. Our designer Leslie absolutely delivered our vision. Additionally, we had the most wonderful installers for three days; Benny, Glen, Jose and Zach were an absolute delight and they were all prompt, courteous and took great care to clean up after! Don’t hesitate to choose them for all your design needs!

Super rude and incompetent designer -Elizabeth. To say that she's unprofessional is an understatement. We are trying to get the walk-in closet designed. She came to our house expecting we sign the contract right away that we later found out by surprise. Despite our hopes for collaboration , during the design process, she never listened. All she did was be belittling us when we asked if she could copy the very simple design from the magazine while customize the size to our closet. No alternative offered either. Instead she was playing on her computer the entire time. The result- bare minimum. We have to do the measurements ourselves. She was sitting on her fat ass in our living room without even bother to go to the closet even once to check the measurements in the closet or show us how would it fit. When we try to make any adjustments, she gets upset. She insisted to do the closet without our input and expecting us to cater her preference ON A COMPUTER! WTF? It's OUR closet and we are paying for it! Needless to say, we encountered tremendous difficulties trying to make adjustments or even getting basic measurements from Elizabeth. This put us in a position where we had to handle tasks that should have been her responsibility. When it came time to discuss and finalize details, the pressure to sign the contract immediately felt abrupt and unexpected. She expect us to sign the contract right away. It was a surprise to us because it was never mentioned before. My husband and I were going to discuss and do the measurements ourselves since she's not doing her job. We have to talk over it and then we will decide. Besides, She did not even provide us the measurements which is BASIC! Her reaction to our desire for further discussion was unprofessional and escalated to a point of discomfort, with name-calling and accusations that were unwarranted. Despite expressing our concerns, receiving a basic level of professionalism and consideration became increasingly challenging. She got very nasty when we told her we will talk about it and let her know, she said " you saw my design and I spent time with you, what else do you need to talk about? You are tying to steal my design" , she also complained that she has to come to our house (excuse me?) She got so mad and her face turns red to the point of name calling. Refused to send the " design" that we are not happy with because it's basically a Lego box, a basic one. Unbelievable. Inspired closet really needs to check their employee's caliber before hiring, but most importantly, check their mental issue status. It's scary to have a crazy stranger in your home. Her behavior is insane. To business owner: Elizabeth is ruining your business. She ought to be fired. To potential customers: stay away from Inspired closet. Don't waste your time and put your family and finance in risk by exposing to this sub par business.

Wow - we loved everything about our experience with Inspired Closets; from Leslie in Design, Benny, Zach and Glen in installations as well as Ray in install management; this team was FANTASTIC!They were all very professional, paid close attention to details and our needs and were always responsive when we had questions or concerns. We had a very large job and had a couple small hiccups that were made right immediately.The quality of the work was amazing even to our discerning eyes and expectations!We highly recommend Inspired Closets of Orlando for your custom closet needs!Services: Cabinet design

As we planned to move into our new home, we knew we wanted high quality, efficient and organized closets - all of them. We found Regina and the team of installers at Inspired Closets Orlando to be of the utmost professionals. They listened, planned out our wants, reminded us of potential other features without being pushy, then showed us a rendering. Fantastic! Installation was smooth, quiet and very professional -- the install team was a dream. We encountered a moment of hum, what to do - we all talked it over and arrived a solution fairly quickly and it was rectified the next day! Amazing responsiveness! After moving into our closets we realized we needed a few more shelves; again the ease and responsiveness was great! We are so very pleased and plan to do another project in the near future!

From there the team was timely (which is so rare these days) and professional! The day of install the team was on time, used quality materials and also listened to any and all feedback I had.
