Called today at 5:40 to find out how much to print new art and change out a retractable banner. Was told your company won't do that so I then asked for a quote on a new retractable banner 33" x 79". Was told that they couldn't give me a quote without seeing what the artwork looks like. Ridiculous! I called 2 others in the area and was quickly and easily told "economy banner stand for $165 (give or take $10-$20 for shipping/taxes) Or we can go with their premium banner stand for $195 (again, give or take $10-$20 for shipping taxes." As a Marketing Director, I recommend, based on my experience just now, redoing your website to remove "Free Quotes" and Retractable Banners and Event Products.

Same problem as other reviews. Great sign but they don’t warranty there work. My sales man Suri just ignores me. Our K went out within the first year and I’ve had to beg for repair. But ignored. It’s embarrassing.

We are a local business for almost 30 years and we invested in a WatchFire sign with Infinity Sign company. We requested a repair that the warranty covered via email on Jan 26th. When I spoke to the owner Sal today (March 3rd) he still did not have an answer for when we would have the sign repaired. This has had a direct impact on our business and is extremely frustrating to not have an answer after 5 weeks. The owner was extremely unprofessional by hanging up on me. I would hope the company would have more integrity and professionalism. This was a very disappointing experience.

Don't work with Caleb at this company. He bs totally incompetent. Unable to follow directions. Acts like he is to busy. Is constantly praising himself and his company when he can't do what the customer asks. I wasted a lot of time. Beware.

Worked with Johnathon and Caleb on my store sign .. very attentive and cares about the customer.. they always answered my questions and walked me through the process . Design team is great and made me a great logo for my new place.. Great job guys !!

I would like to thank Mr. Suri for a beautiful sign outside my new business Serafin cafe gallery thank you Mr. Suri for adding Color and life to the outside of my building but also the lights for people to see who we really are.
