I am newly engaged and beginning to plan my wedding. I arrived to my appointment at 11AM at the Lake Destiny location. When I arrived, I walked in and nobody was there for my appointment. I called the number and left message and waited 10 minutes. Then someone called me 12 minutes after my appointment and did not show any remorse or that he even knew who I was. Definitely won’t be having my wedding here and I will not recommend.

This place was very pretty for a wedding. The only problem it’s on the second floor and no elevator for people with wheelchairs.

We held our wedding here April 2023 (sorry for the late review!) and it was as perfect an experience as we could've asked for. Christian was fantastic to work with through the whole process. The table settings and centerpiece options seemed limitless, so it was easy to craft the perfect customized decorations.The food was delicious (I almost asked for the mushroom sauce in a bowl)! Having Imperial Design act as basically all-vendors-in-one made the whole process smooth and simple. We didn't have to coordinate a florist or caterer or deal with table and chair rentals, or an alcohol vendor. Because of this, I simply do not relate to brides who were stressed on their wedding day.We even had a couple of invite mix-ups and they were able to provide a extra meal for a friend. The table cards got mixed up (not by the venue) so there was a little chaos when serving dinner and I didn't even notice!I highly recommend Imperial Design for your wedding venue. They will take very good care of you.

I attended a party at this place a few days ago and I can say that it was a truly unforgettable experience. The place was beautiful, with impeccable decoration, the staff that served us is very professional, they really know what they are doing.

I recently had both my ceremony and reception at this amazing wedding venue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The lighting in both rooms was perfect, creating a stunning backdrop for our photographer, and the pictures turned out beautifully.The appetizers after the ceremony were a hit, and the reception food was not only delicious but left all our guests genuinely happy. The attention to detail, from the real flowers to the immaculate table settings, added a touch of elegance to the entire event.A special shoutout to the wedding planner Christian, who orchestrated everything seamlessly. Timely coordination, ensuring everyone was on the same page, and sticking to the schedule made our day stress-free and memorable.I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding or any special event. It exceeded all our expectations, and I can’t thank them enough for making our day perfect.

Our experience with Imperial design hall was disappointing. The power went out before our ceremony could begin which resulted in our guests having to sit in the dark for two hours. Imperial Design did not have a generator for us to continue our wedding with the outage. It’s insane to pay thousands of dollars to a venue that does not have the decency to have a generator.
This ruined our big day and was very embarrassing and disheartening. The venue had no back up plan and only cared to wait on the electricians to get the power back running. When we asked them to purchase a generator, management made excuses acting as thought the nearest store was too far. Only for us to find out Home Depot was approximately 1 mile away.
We ended up losing of 2 hours of footage time via our photographer and videographer. We booked our photographer and videographer for 3 hours and many of our special moments were not covered. My husband and I only got pictures of us together during our ceremony and for 15 minutes after the ceremony. We will not have any photographed coverage of us during the reception.
We have voiced all of these concerns to imperial design hall via email and text. We are requesting some form of monetary compensation. This venue is ignoring our texts, emails, and calls after we spent nearly $8,000 with them. This is not the behavior of human decency.
If you want to have a perfect wedding, DO NOT BOOK WITH IMPERIAL DESIGN HALL. It was a nightmare. I nearly had a seizure from all of the stress.

I don’t know where to start. ( Aladdin Themed)
This place and staff were AMAZING.
They knew exactly what they are doing. The food was delicious and the price was so worth it. My guest told me that this was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended.
They let me and my now husband know our options as far as decorations. You will not regret booking them for your special day. My breath was taken away with how beautiful they made the venue. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined
And on top of all of this. They kept me on schedule. That was so important to me due to our wedding being on a weekday . I wanted it to end by 10pm and OMG it did.
Thank you imperial Design for such an unforgettable wedding.

They are amazing, my daughters birthday is around the corner and I was so nervous, they help me plenty and gave me wonderful ideas… today we try the food that we are going to have at the party, and taste delicious
