THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! BARBARA is the lady who will think you are her employee and you work for her and she will act like she is paying you rather than the other way around. She talks down and dirt and she will hang up on you. save yourself an insult and do NOT go here!!

They advertise on Facebook but when you message the owner Barbara she tells you to call the store and leaves the chat. The estimator can be nice or snappy depending on the day you call her. Had a someone come out & measure for a more accurate quote- it is cheaper than some other local installers but this shows in their workmanship.When my husband called to schedule installation he verified their process. When asked if they will be scraping up the scraps of carpet left behind from the removal of the old carpet, the woman on the phone replied “they are not a cleaning company” therefore the new carpeting will be installed over the existing patches left behind. He then asked if they would re-nail the floorboards prior to installing to ensure there is no creaking to which she replied “we are not a carpenter and that’s not our job”. He explained he understood and would like to perform this as they install to which she said they have a large team work at once and don’t have time to wait on him to do this and he will need to remove the carpet and do prior to installation.Very unprofessional team and careless procedures- I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for quality work and not just the cheapest price available.We will be going with another local company with better customer service & pride in their work.

Ideal Carpet is a very professional business with an excellent lady who works in the store to help with all the samples and prices. They send out a worker to measure the room/rooms at no charge whether you purchase the carpet or not. The carpet layers are very efficient and professional, they come in and and get the job done... Beautifully. The more rooms you have done the less the carpet is.
