Nice stay during the holiday season. Courtney at the front desk provided excellent service with many food and visiting-around recommendations.

It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. Only issue would be the mattresses. They are not very comfortable. Service only got 3 stars due to there lack of friendliness. Asked for a few clean towels from them when they were cleaning the room next to ours and it was like I was asking for our room to be completely cleaned. Language barrier as well.Location is closer to all amenities.

BUYER beware. This location called me and said they overbooked their hotel. They told me they were switching me to another (horrible) hotel a mile away (non-hyatt). I am attending a conference which has a large amount of events at this hotel. I had no options and I am only 5 days away from my visit to a conference. I have had 25 meetings scheduled at this hotel over the course of 3 days. I spend between 15k to 20k per year at this hyatt.hyatt just lost a customer with 6 companies for life.

This building is an experience itself. It's expansive comparative to other Regency hotels we've stayed at.The property is huge, spread out, and visually demanding with its design and extensive screen art. It's beautiful and loud and fussy in a good way. There is always something to be looking at. The convention center at the hotel is huge but its also attached to the country's second largest free-standing convention center so they can keep very busy. With two seperate pool areas, one is more lap style /standard in tower 1 (older section) and a huge family/groto style with zero entry, baby pool, water slide, etc is (the newer side) in Tower 2. There's also a 24hr market store and multiple gift shops, restaurants etc.It felt like a hotel met a convention center met a mall met a nightclub -there was just so much to do and see and so many people going different directions at all hours. The staff (especially Sarah at the desk) were all fantastic and helpful. The globalist upgrade that was offered was above and beyond any expectation. It really is a wonderful place to stay and made keeping the kids entertained very easy. Location was convenient to parks and most other entertainment while being somewhat removed. Overall, we had stellar service from everyone across the board and this will be our top choice in Orlando moving forward.

First I will say, the grounds and lobby are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were simple and d clean and had nice spacious bathrooms with marble countertops. There is a nice selection of restaurants on site, and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The problem is the entire hotel was absolutely freezing, abnormally freezing. Not only were the people I was traveling with frozen, but I noticed everyone rubbing their arms and covered up to try and warm up, it was completely uncomfortable, I don’t care how much you like being cold. The convention center rooms were even colder. The next problem is the walls are paper thin in the rooms, and there are no tension closers on the doors, so all you heard all day and night was slamming doors, even by the housekeeping staff had no respect and let the doors slam shut; Completely unbearable. To be honest for the price, stay somewhere else if you’re looking for a comfortable environment.

Superb stay at Hyatt Regency Orlando. This is one of the largest hotels in Orlando with over 1500 rooms. It’s perfectly located on International drive and within a short drive from most attractions in Orlando and a walking distance from the convention center. The hotel is considered as a resort as it has impressive indoor and outdoor facilities that will keep you entertained during your stay. I truly enjoyed their main swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. The rooms were clean but lacked luxury features seen in newer hotels. The service was great with no concerns.

Great hotel and restaurants, convenient area, liked the restaurants, staff is friendly and accommodating with exception of check in , check in was more difficult, asked for a quiet room and was told there was none available, (this was at 11am with reservations for 3 nights prepaid) had to say 3 times I didn’t have a car for parking, got a connecting room where I could hear the tv next door, the door opening and closing, talking at 6am etc, housekeeping didn’t check the alarm in empty room on other side and alarm went off at 6am for over an hour, the desk and fridge were nice though, tv was large size, beds very comfortable, phone wasn’t charged or was broken, convenient to convention in hotel or at convention center, 2nd time staying at hotel , hope to be back soon, hopefully they will have quieter room then, thank you.

I drive for Uber black.. and I pick up passengers and drop them off here all the time and they Rave about this hotel... they absolutely love ... it and the service is always fantastic. The valet guys are on top of it! Every time I pull up they're Pleasant to me even though I'm just an Uber driver , and believe me that's a big deal because I've been to some other five star hotels where the valet guys run away from me like the plague... LOL.. and they open the doors to my Range Rover open the for the passengers and they're always fighting with me to see who's going to take the luggage out of the car first me or them... but hotel is just gorgeous and what a beautiful check in area as well.. outstanding! And when you walk out of the main lobby it's very simple to walk out the front of the lobby into the right to the Rideshare pickup area which I have included pictures of it's very convenient and if you walk out the front lobby to the left you go to the convention center which I also put a picture on but it's easy to get in and out there is a traffic light directly in front of the hotel which puts you on the iDrive so you don't have to contend with all the traffic ? ?
