This is without a doubt the best vet office in Florida.
We have been going to a different vet for about 4 years and every time the experience got worse. We hated the experience just as much as our cats did. Our cats would sit an hour+ in the clinic room to only be grabbed and taken to the back room for their shots and yearly tests. We were lucky to be able to talk to the doctor for more than 1-2 minutes. Our last visit lasted 3 hours for a single cat checkup so we looked for a different vet.
Our family raved about Hunter’s Creek Animal Hospital so we thought we’d give it a try. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating during our visit and made sure our cats were cared for and their owners calm during a stressful visit. Dr. Bayer came in and performed all of the yearly tests and administered their vaccines all in the room. We got to see the care and attention that the doctor provided for our cats during the visit. Both cats were as calm as could be and got to see us the entire time. At one point I was tearing up because it felt like we really found a place that truly cared about our cats. We weren’t some number on a list or part of a queue that needed to be finished. I think this office should be proud that they are providing such a well needed service for their community with professionalism and compassion.
Update: We’ve been taking our cats here for a few years now and while they obviously are never overjoyed to be at the vet, they are so calm with Dr. Bayer and his staff. ? We are extremely grateful for this vet office.

Hunter's Creek Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets for their medical care. The hospital is conveniently located off of South Orange Blossom Trail across the street from Gatorland. It's staff is very friendly and caring. I have been very impressed with all the doctors, techs, and office staff. Highly recommended!

The vet was very nice and caring. The place seemed clean, they acknowledge me as soon as I came in and didn't have to wait long until we got a room.

They're the best ! The vet was very knowledgeable and you can tell she was passionate about her job. She loved my pet and it was nice to see such a caring Dr. Would definitely recommend. She's attention to detail as well which helped avoid giving my pet more shots.

Dr. Vega is the very very best!! Wish I could give 10 stars. Kind, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. My fur baby is 13 and although healthy I'm a worrisome mom.
I'm fortunate to have found great care! Highly recommended!!

I have been taking my dog Teddy to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital for about 5 years. Previously, it was an environment where they made you feel special, you went to look for your pet and they sent for it in the sweetest and most special way, letting the staff know that Teddy Torres's mother (in my case) was there. I currently have 3 dogs that I take to the clinic. I pay the monthly payment of $52.00 for each one. We are talking about more than $150 per month in just insurance. You would expect at least the customer service to be good. However, for some time now that has not been the case. Especially today, I had noticed that the manager in charge of the girls at reception was very rude to them, her abrupt way of addressing them, something that obviously as a client makes me feel uncomfortable and I had to tell her about it. I had a situation where they let me know that I owed $800 on an incorrect account. For a few months where, due to lack of organization on their part, they did not make the charges nor did they notify me of it in the multiple check-up calls they made to me and in the multiple opportunities that I was there. Last week alone I went 3 times and spent almost $700 on top of the $150 per month. But I was never notified that the monthly plan charges had not been processed. Today I was rudely informed that due to a mistake on their part they could not receive my dog. Giving me to understand that it was my responsibility to reach an agreement with the insurance company, when I found out about it it was because of them since they recommend it as part of their service. With all this, my purpose is to congratulate you for being physically growing but to recommend that you not continue losing clients as you already lost us for not maintaining the high standard of costumer service that attracted me to you in the past. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT RESPONDING TO THE VIEWS, I WISH THEY WERE THIS GOOD AT RESPONDING TO THE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE IN PERSON. NOW THEY ALLEGE THAT THE CARD HAD NO FUNDS WHEN THE SYSTEM DOES NOT EVEN MATCH THE REALITY OF THE AMOUNT OWED. ON THE OTHER HAND THE MANAGER HAS NOTHING TO SAY REGARDING HER DEALING WITH THE EMPLOYEES.

Very professional and experienced vets. My absolute favorite is Doctor Kervin. My puppy loves him so much and he treats her so well. You can tell he’s a dog lover who cares deeply for his patients.
