my tax preparer was louis catin,he works at the Hiawassee office and apopka office.he made my experience pleasure.he explained everything to me.made sure I got everything I should.he is very professional and very good at his job.this is my second time with him.

I've been doing my taxes now for 2 years at this location, and I've had the best experiences and would love to emphasize the spotlight on Christina Farris, my Tax Representative, who makes the process seriously so fun and easy. She's so welcoming, will answer any and all questions and really help you clarify any confusion, has an easy going sense of humor that takes the stress off the entire process, and works really fast and diligently to make sure everything is done by the time you want it to. Her work is incredible and I highly recommend her, as I was previously recommended by a friend and I'm so happy I was! Very grateful to have worked with her :)

Waste of time if you have a business do not go there they have no clue about business tax, they will not Email or call you back, they are very impatient and do not follow through with anything.
