A special shout-out goes to Supervisor Neily Briceno, who made our experience even more memorable. Neily was incredibly polite, extremely knowledgeable, and simply a joy to work with. Her grand hospitality set the tone for a truly wonderful evening for my husband and me.

The hotel itself was immaculate and stylish, featuring unique designs that left us in awe. The breathtaking ambiance made us feel right at home. Our room boasted a stunning view of the city, which added an extra touch of magic to our stay.

“Everything was so great. From check in to check out. We were impressed with all the staff but Jamie at the front desk was the ultimate best! He was so Pleasant and Professional. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush us at all, as it was our first time at the hotel and Halloween Horror Nights.”

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a family vacation in Orlando. I stayed here for 4 days and it has absolutely everything from a foodcourt with many options to bars, game room, starbucks and many great amenities. I would like to thank the great team that this hotel has each staff that I spoke to was pleasant & helpful which made our stay easier. The suite we stayed in was spectacular and the cleanliness was top of the line. Checking in and checking out was also so easy because they send you an email to do so or you can do it by the room tv and it saves you from standing in the very long lines. The room keys are also great souvenirs with your name on it that you can take as memory. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and I am planning on returning to this hotel when visiting Orlando again. Thank you!”

“The staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms are so spacious and love the tablet to order things. They even have the small cube ice which we have at home. We have been there 2 times now and this last visit the dinning was amazing.”

“Amazing property!! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So much to do on-site that you don’t even need to leave and very kid-friendly. Rooms are average size, but the pool view makes up for it (photo is of pool view room from 10th floor). Can see Disney fireworks from a distance from the higher level floors, but without the sound it’s nothing to plan your night around. Pool is 10/10 and amenities make the resort fees justifiable!

Noteworthy details: Although not a WDW hotel, they do provide shuttles to various parks and Disney Springs at designated times daily, they just need to be booked in advance. On site car rental (company is Sixt) if you need a car, but they do charge nightly parking fees at the hotel. If you plan on staying on the resort, Uber is the way to go!”

“I visited the Hyatt Regency Orlando for a business conference. The conference center was within walking distance of the hotel. The pool area was also nice and relaxing.”

“This hotel is great! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was large, plenty of chairs, and fun for the kids. Plenty to do- swim, lazy river, bball court, and water slide. Adult pool was an added bonus.Customer service from the bar and wait staff could not have been better. Best service we’ve ever had at a hotel- special shout out to Matt and Maria at FastBreak!Rooms: Very clean, spacious.Food & drinks: Drinks and food were delicious. Kids loved the virgin pina coladas!”

“Rooms were extremely clean, spacious & upscale. Court yard had pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, outdoor covered hill area with picnic tables. The continental breakfast was amazing. Look forward to staying at this location again.

All services are well explained.Clean and spacious room, beautiful swimming pool, hotel full of activities (swimming pool, various free games, etc.) and magnificent decor. “We are staying here at the moment for a week with our 2 sons while visiting Disney World and this Hotel has exceeded all our expectations . The rooms are luxurious and kept to a very high standard , the beds and bed linen so comfy just what you need after a long day at The Parks . The transport to and from the Parks is very well run and has always been on time .We have just ordered room Service as we didn't get a chance to eat earlier and it was wonderful . The whole place is spotless and all the Staff have been lovely . We will definitely be returning next year and maybe try breakfast included next time .

“Fred was amazing. We got to the hotel a little earlier than our check in time and he was able to get house keeping to have a room ready with in 15 mins. If you are looking for a great hotel with friendly staff I would recommend this location.”

“We’ve stayed here several times, each time we learn something new. The onsite concierge service will book you a car to the airport comparable to Uber but reliable. Your room key and express pass for Universal are one and the same, you can charge purchases to the room while at the parks, so you don’t have to carry anything extra to the park. The onsite eateries are all great, make sure to check out the Gelato place!

Rooms: Very spacious, air conditioning worked fantastic, there were shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers…so don’t pack any!

Nearby activities: Water taxi to Universal and Islands of Adventure was our priority when booking, we wanted to stay near and have the capability of the express pass.”

“Our experience with Hard Rock Hotel was amazing! Staying Club level was definitely worth the money. We enjoyed having access to the Club Lounge for food and drinks throughout the day. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. On the day we arrived, it was my husband's 40th birthday. The Rock Royalty concierge went out of his way to get us dinner reservations for a large group on the City Walk. The next day while we were out enjoying the park, they dropped off a plate of chocolate covered strawberries in our room and a birthday card for my husband. They even hooked us up with a complimentary cabana at the pool on our last day. This hotel far exceeded our expectations!Rooms: Our room was very clean when we arrived, and we founds the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. We had a double queen room, and found it to be a good size for 3 of us.Walkability: We loved the proximity to the parks. It was approximately a 5-10 minute walk to City Walk. We did take advantage of the water taxi a couple of times, but overall we enjoyed being so close to the parks.Food & drinks: Food was exceptional. We took advantage of the Club Lounge for breakfast every morning. It was a nice selection of breakfast items. We also popped in to the Club Lounge a few times in the evening to take advantage of the happy hour and the light dinner.We dined at The Beach Club twice, and we ate once at The Kitchen. The Kitchen was a top notch dining experience!Noteworthy details: The staff at this hotel is exceptional all the way around. Everyone is so friendly and helpful all the time. They went out of there way multiple times to make us feel comfortable and the extra things they did that we were not expecting made our stay so much better.”

“Overall this a great place to stay for business or vacation. They are in great location for all the attractions. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are outstanding. The only issue is, it is difficult to get out of their parking area and breakfast is terribly expensive. $21 for toast and avocado.

“My first stay in Florida ever and it was tremendous! My firm hosted an event here and we heard nothing but great things from our attendees and my coworkers. Its beautiful with so much to do on site, something for everyone, every place had great food and a gorgeous golf course. Every staff member was always willing to help and go above and beyond. We will be back, i will be back and looking forward to 2025!”

“I decided to book the Sabal Palms Villa after seeing how nice another friend's experience had been during Holiday Matsuri 2022. I was so glad I did. The two bedroom/two bathroom villas were perfect for our group from the Midwest. We enjoyed a quiet and spacious experience during an otherwise bustling and busy convention. The villa was our peaceful sanctuary. We used the fully equipped kitchen to prepare dinner for our group, the fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer came in handy during our trip. We had a private concierge who texted us and quickly took care of our needs whenever something came up. We were provided clean linens every two days. I switched out all of our trash can liners and brought out the recycling. The staff came to get it so quickly once we texted them. When we checked out the staff held our luggage so we could spend a few hours at Disney Springs. It was truly a lovely experience. I highly recommend the villas if you're going with a group or a large family.Rooms: One king bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, and a living room with a pull out couch. It was lovely!Walkability: It was very easy to walk back and forth between the Orlando World Center Marriott and the Villas.”

“This is the second time we stayed, we returned because the first time was an overnight and we felt we did not get the full experience. For a mid price point, we absolutely loved it. The lobby is clean with excellent staff that made us feel welcome on check in, check out and each time we passed through the lobby. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Once we were checked in, the front desk called up to our room to tell me about amenities available to us that he forgot to mention. We really appreciated the service and although I forgot his name, he was working on the evening of Oct 29th. We were given a room that had a view of the fireworks. Thank you. The hotel feels very safe (two women travelling), with well lit exterior and key card required to access upper floors. The rooms are roomy, clean, and upkept daily. The beds are comfortable, with comfortable pillows (unheard of, right?). The air con is facing a side wall so the vent is not blasting on you all night. Small details that really make sense. There was no banging doors or hallway noise to disturb your sleep. In fact, we slept great. The hotel is well located at the Disney property entrance, is a 7ish min drive to Disney Springs and close enough to Universal Studios. It is a good mid point hotel. They offer shuttle service to parks and Disney Springs but not multiples a day. One in the morning, one in the evening. Hotel location although great, has one con, that is construction on road leading to it so you have to pass hotel and u turn and the light takes forever but that is not a hotel issue. Another con is that there is no CVS or Walgreens nearby for snacks and waters although the hotel sells in the lobby. There is a pool, business center, gym, and resto and bar on site but we did not use any of those amenities. Overall, we loved the vibe, and will definitely stay again without hesitation.”

“Clean and quiet rooms. Bathroom was clear and modern. They have shuttles for Universal (three different schedules to go, and the same for returns). The breakfast has variety and it was good. They start breakfast at 6:00am. Customer service was on point, and location was perfect for our trip.”

“The room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, TV, dishes, induction cooker, dishwasher, dishwashing detergent, complete equipment! A pet-friendly hotel, the airport shuttle is very convenient, there are also electric car charging stations, a coffee bar and a swimming pool on the first floor! The service staff is very dedicated to tidying up the room and maintaining the environment!”

“Stayed for one night. Service was average. Breakfast is very "grab and go", but lots of options. The beds were so comfortable. Probably one of the best beds I've slept in at a hotel, and I travel a lot. The rooms were newly updated. Loved the blackout curtain and the coat hangers. The one big issue I had was lack of parking. There were no spots available in this hotel. I had to park at the Cambria next door, and haull all my luggage back to Avid.”

“We stay here often for put some medical care. The location is ideal. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good but not amazing. The only part we don’t love is the breakfast it’s just ok I think they could up their breakfast game.”

“The hotel has a great spot. Is approx 15min away from all the Disney Parks and 5 min away from Sea World. It offers transportation to Sea World and Aquatica park. The bedrooms are comfy. The room, depending of which you choose, is spacious and had a kitchen available with appliances like coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. It offers housekeeping everyday and the housekeepers are really kind, all the staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. It also offers a buffet which is a plus with options like eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, parfait, whole fruits, bread and bagels, waffles and coffee and tea. I would definitely come back here!!”
