Great location if visiting Universal Studios. Take the points vs the complimentary tasteless “Breakfast”.. a pop tart is much better. Hotel undergoing rennovations. Great friendly staff.

As soon as I check In. I was greeted by Kara and Valerie at check in. They were so nice and proffesional. They explained everything to me and if I needed something to contact them.
