Margarita a Colombian Lady at register very helpful and knowledgeable, she was very patient and informed us that If you bring 5 pieces of clothing to donate to the store the store gives you 15% off your next purchase. Also Manager who was working non spot at the fitting room organizing all the clothes people were leaving was super nice and hardworking very nice manager.
I have 4 starts not 5 only because their AC isn’t working properly and it was hot inside the store and it’s not a very pleasing experience when trying on clothes.

I went here on a visit and it was alright. They didn’t have any sizes for my sister because she’s a bit on the plus size, being a size 16, but it had a variety of clothing, especially for younger women.

Excellent place to buy clothes for the whole family! Girls' clothing is spectacular and available at a good price. Although I have to comment that prices have risen considerably! However, everything is organized, the attention is good and the treatment is very pleasant!!!

They charged me 0.10 for a bag after a $150 purchase. I went to multiple stores that day and H&M was the only store to charge me for a bag. Why is such a large corporation trying to force consumers to pay for an operational cost.

The clothes look good, today's employees, no, they were tired at 1pm and in a bad mood... I think the lady and the young man from the dressing room in the men's area need a break!!!

A store with good prices, but unfortunately there was a very long line and we preferred not to wait... the store has two levels downstairs for adults, upstairs for children. Everything was very well organized but the only problem is that they should put more staff in the payment area...

Rude ignorant staff, incompetent management who are unable to simply run a store functionally, hiding behind 'not enough staff' when there are 4 members in the changing room doing little and the manager listlessly does nothing for over 20 people queueing to pay. I'm watching people dump their items and leave.

The staff that works there is pathetic, it is a children's clothing store, parents are supposed to go with children to the store, my son climbed up next to a mannequin and the lady with a disrespectful tone of voice said: get down from there! I was shocked that he seemed racist and poorly educated, my son is 3 years old and he was so scared that he told me let's go home mom.

Unprofessional staff. Several staff members continued to loudly announce the store was closing to one another. “Did you know we close in 23 minutes?”. This happened every couple of minutes with an updated time. The sarcasm and repetition of the count down to close made me feel uncomfortable. I understand their tired, but keep it professional. Also, if you’re going to jump on the mic to remind customers that you close, please keep a professional tone and demeanor.
