It was expensive to stay here for what it was. The rooms were dated and not cleaned properly. The amenities was were nice and that's clearly where they spend their money. Pool was nice and heated. The lazy river was awesome my son really enjoyed it but it could be cleaned better. The gym equipment was great wide selection of machines. Tons of different food options within the hotel. Fire table at night. This hotel is great! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was large, plenty of chairs, and fun for the kids. Plenty to do- swim, lazy river, bball court, and water slide. Adult pool was an added bonus.Customer service from the bar and wait staff could not have been better. Best service we’ve ever had at a hotel- special shout out to Matt and Maria at FastBreak!Rooms: Very clean, spacious.Food & drinks: Drinks and food were delicious. Kids loved the virgin pina coladas!

The staff were very friendly and the service was good; however, I suffered an incident at the adults only pool and I felt that hotel security didn't sufficiently intervene. NOTE: It's considered rude to "towel save" a pool chair for hours and not actually use it. I was being verbally harassed by a man who thought I "stole" his spot that was empty for over an hour. Security did nothing to protect me.

The hotel was okay, TV selection in the room after a long day was crappy and the on demand movies were way overpriced, $20 for items available via streaming services. They only have soft squishy pillows, so depending on your preference you may like this.Pool was good, there is no hot tub, but there is a jetted tub with water that is the same temp as pool.Tropics bar had ok food, I only had fries as nothing else looked great. Did have a beer and the waitress left before I could specify that I wanted a small beer as they charge 40% more per ounce for a 20 oz beer vs. a 16oz beer.One last thing, there is no transfer to the airport.Rooms: The hotel was okay, TV selection in the room after a long day was crappy and the on demand movies were way overpriced, $20 for items available via streaming services. Here, I had an incredibly positive experience. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Both the meal and the rooms were excellent. The daily breakfast buffet is fantastic and well worth the price. I would highly recommend it.

Phenomenal Resort with Amazing rooms. Huge Pool area with multiple pools, spas, lazy river & kiddie splash area & Bar with TV screens, Foosball & Billiards tables + large changing room/bathrooms with outdoor showers. Multiple on-site dining options from fast casual to Latin/Mexican or even Italian - Great Bar & lounge area, room service available. Friendly staff - endless parking available - just a few minutes walk to the Orlando Convention Center. I live in the Orlando Metro & this was my 1st time at this property & it is really Surprising! Also we had a Grub Hub order which came almost exactly to the minute they quoted. Close to I-Drive & nearby Theme Parks. As our family was checking in, we had to wait an extra 45 minutes and they assured us we would have the three pool view rooms, which is what we booked weeks ago. When we got up to our rooms, only ONE was pool view. One looked at the roof where you can’t even see past the entrance and the other looks at the parking lot. When we brought this up to them they said they don’t have any pool view rooms. My question is, how do we book rooms weeks in advance only to be told they just don’t have them? What is the point in booking in advance? This hotel is very misleading at first glance. You would think for the price and appearance of such a hotel, they would have more competency and not get rid of individuals rooms before they arrive :)

Booked pool view rooms weeks in advance but was given a view of the parking lot and a view of the roof. Drove 18 hours. Our room was given to someone as an upgrade for them wasn’t able to get our pool view rooms.

Booked two king and one queen pool view room WEEKS AGO, checked in and were given a view of the roof! Literally right out the window looking at the roof top! Horrible that you book ahead of time to get a roof view!! Drove 19 hours to stare at the roof!!! Nuts and bolts right out the window!!! Horrible!! They upgraded other people before we checked in and couldn’t give us the pool view we booked weeks ago because they are over booked! Don’t book ahead of time because you will not get the room you book!
