They must have thrown away my $200 electric toothbrush within hours of leaving it behind, because after calling several times it’s nowhere to be found, and it’s absolutely impossible that it was not left in the room as there’s no where else it could have been. Pretty frustrating. They also messed up the parking situation for the company and some of the employees (myself included) had to pay out of pocket at a higher price than was agreed to. My understanding is that some of this was refunded at the front desk but it was a hassle and it should have been charged to the company account. All of the food was wildly overpriced, as well. Could easily blow a full day’s per diem budget getting the bare minimum at some of these places. The hotel was clean but my company will probably not be returning for another event, if nothing else due to price. Also, wifi was pay-per-device even though this is a business hotel. This place was disappointing.

Nearby activities: Parks like sea world, Aquatica,Disney spring and many more.
Safety: 100% secure employee work amazing
Walkability: Good they have valet parking works that they help guest in the hotel in every area
Food and drinks: 10/10 is worthy
Noteworthy details: 100% recommended i want to go back the service is great

I am a long time Hilton Honors member. I booked my room prior to traveling and reserved a confirmation for my requested room type. Upon checking in so arrived at my room only to find that it was not my confirmed room type. I went back downstairs and spoke with Fernando who was not helpful. I requested to speak with a manger and Ms. Amaya came and asked me what the problem was. She was not very friendly and simply stated that they could not honor my room type even though it was confirmed and that it had been given to someone else with higher priority. This is unacceptable. When I asked if they could put me in another room as initially requested she stated that there were none available. In addition, the bathroom is not in good working order and the toilet doesn’t function properly. I am extremely disappointed and would not suggest staying at this hotel, especially with their leadership not being customer friendly.

Nice enough hotel overall, but it could use some additional updating. I stayed here three nights for a conference in the hotel, and I can’t speak to the resort features like the pool, restaurants, etc. The rooms were clean, laid out well, with good space. The staff is pretty friendly too. But the hotel doesn’t some of the basic amenities that most hotels have these days. The TV had somewhat limited cable choices and no way to access my streaming services or cast to the TV. The bathroom fixtures have been updated, but still has a dated tub shower and lacks soft close toilet seats (I know that’s picky, but it’s something I really appreciate). The desk area needs more plugs. There are two, but they’re oriented so you can only use one charging block at a time. There is a single plug in each lamps on either side of the bed, but no hardwired USB ports anywhere. Strangely, I was not able to retrieve any message when the red light was blinking on the phone, and when I called the front desk, they said that was just to remind me that I was checking out the next morning. There were huge lines for checking in during peak times, and the same in the mornings when people were checking out; but you can check out using the app, so make sure to skip the line that way. Overall, I suppose if you’re just staying here to sleep and out visiting parks or touring otherwise, it would be fine. But I don’t know if I’d stay here if I weren’t getting a special rate for a meeting.

We showed up 11pm on the 8th after a last min reservation due to our original hotel having roaches (cocokey resort hotel water park). Jalen at the front desk was so nice and did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend. Great amenities. Lazy river, splash pad, pool, etc I should have booked here 1st!!! Thank you for saving my trip

There were some issues at the hotel. The prices at the restaurants and market were very expensive. I could not always leave to get food due to the nature of my stay. Additionally, the front desk and parking staff applied inappropriate costs to my credit card. Specifically, over $1000 were placed on a hold for incidentals, while others in the group had more or less help on the card. It was applied to group participants random. It was supposed to be fixed at checkout. However, it was not. I am still trying to get the issue fixed. I went through their chat feature online, and I also called the hotel as requested. I have waited 10 minutes or longer multiple times.

This hotel is well located, food is decent but the worst service I have ever experienced!!! My family and I travelled from SA to celebrate my birthday on the 24th October 2024. I lost my bag and security kept it for 2 days without returning it, until I threw a fit to retrieve it. They removed my Identity card, licence, medical insurance cards and the money was withheld, “as part of their security policy”, to be refunded as a cheque. I was shocked to see that only a R200 note (SA) was shipped back, my cards and the 300$ cheque were not sent as promised.
I’m deeply disappointed in the staff treatment especially Dream, Julia, Alicia and Jasmine.
I do not recommend people to trust their valuables whilst there. Although my bag was retrieved, the important contents were not returned.
