Not manned properly so everything takes forever. Should not be more than a few minutes to drop off a vehicle but instead there are 6 people standing around while the office is empty of employees

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Hertz Rental Cars. The vehicles they provided were in appalling condition. The Ford Expedition was in very bad shape and reeked of marijuana, while the Ford Explorer smelled strongly of cigarettes. The customer service at the location was awful. My advice: steer clear of this place at all costs.

If you are going to have Teslas make sure you have a charger at your facility and not take all 13 chargers at the Florida Mall

Horrible customer service. The office looks like a kinder gardener set it up, the customer service is even worse than the presentation. Not sure how corporate can leave such biased, and ignorant staff to be clocked in representing such a massive business. Would not recommend.

Quick service. Back on the road within minutes of reserving a rental. While my vehicle was being repaired at another dealership. Hertz associate *Limuel (apologies if misspelled) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Several weeks ago I used the services of this company since my vehicle was under repair and my dealer paid for the rental car. I know there are policies about not leaving personal items inside the vehicles, they are "not responsible." But the night I returned the vehicle I remembered that there was a large plastic storage box in the trunk with decorative items full of ornaments and flowers that I had borrowed and had been returned to me two days before this. We called the next day in the morning, even my service advisor from the dealer called and they assured that there was nothing there. Mr. Lemuel Quiles inspected the car and didn't he see a box that covered a 4th part of the trunk? The items there could easily reach $300. It is not the fact that he forgot that box there and it is not his responsibility, it is the honesty of these people. Likewise, I was able to leave a dead person inside the trunk and no one saw anything. I hope whoever kept this enjoys it. I do not recommend nor will I use any more of their services.
