Don’t ever come here. The worst place to ever rent a car. They will try to rip you off in any way possible and the management is so terrible. It would better off without a manager.

The slowest car rental pick up I have seen so far! (1 hour) at Hertz? Taking phone calls while processing pick up and another 20 minutes to find a car. They don’t seem to respect other people’s time. Very disappointed!

Avoid! Demand a different provider if you are in for repairs at Greenway. Worst Hertz in US! Randomly charge for things you weren’t supposed to be charged for. Zero help in the office. Refer to a phone number with crazy wait times and no resolution after all. Avoid this place to save $$$!
