This is the best home brew, wine making shop I’ve visited. First class service. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and non snake oil sales like. The prices are as good as you will get anywhere and often lower than what you can find on Amazon. They have a massive inventory which is also dangerous for your wallet but impressive. I went in a day after a hurricane and the electricity was still out. THEY WERE OPEN! You could either pay with cash or make the purchase on their website and then they fulfilled the order right there. I felt horrible once I got there knowing they were without power asking for anything. I was just going to turn around and come back another day. And yet Dave would not let me leave, welcomed me in with a smile and acted as if it were just another day. I’m very impressed with this place.

Support your local home brew store (LHBS)! I order online and pick up in the store in most cases. This is convenient and competitive with online shopping. Plus, when I am in jam and need advice or a part right away, they come through for me every time. I am a loyal and regular customer and will be for as long as I’m a home brewer.

Had a nice purchase at Hearts... Friendly owner of a well established hbs. Just wish it was closer to my house!
The selection is pretty wide. I placed the order online so the grain would be milled for me when I got there, and sure enough, everything was bagged nicely and ready to go

Not only did Hearts Home Brew have EVERYTHING I needed for my beer tap wall, but Dave spent 45 minutes with me making sure I understood how everything worked together, ensuring I had every little piece ready to go and even printing out information for me to take home in case I needed it to reference. I haven't had quality service like this in ages. What a breath of fresh air. I would rate them 6 stars if I could.
