We went in for some alterations. The seamstress was wonderful and efficient. The automation was wonderful. The only problem was that the e-mail announcing our garments were ready went to our "Junk" e-mail file, and we didn't get it until 2 weeks later.

Paid $22 for one romper and was charge $5 for the belt attached. There was no option to see cost prior to dropping off clothes. Once you placed your bag in the compartment you are not able to retrieve it. Lack of price transparency is a bit deceiving. However the process was smooth, was able to contact customer service with no problem, and an excellent job on the dry cleaning.

Using Orlando Cleaners is so easy. I love that I can drop off and pick up clothes anytime of the day.

No major issues. It was a pretty easy process once I figured it out. Not 100% sure how to process separate needs for specific items, so I’m assuming I need to do separate bags. Also price is a bit high for an automated process. I would think less staff (no front desk) would help with cost to the consumers.

Convenient and easy drop off/pick up process (grade = A), fast turnaround times (grade = B, on par with other cleaners in area), but zero price transparency (grade = F).
The big watchout here is that you will only know what your cleaning bill is when you want to pick your items up, and you will only receive a total amount (no breakdown). I would only recommend if you are willing to pay whatever they decide the total is when you pick up.

The prices at this place are out of control. $10 to clean a child’s button down shirt. Instructed my wife to find an alternate place to dry clean clothes. We’re through with this overpriced place taking advantage of people in Lake Nona!
