I typically visit the Waterford location but I tried E Colonial today and I will never go back. For starters instantly the car smelled like they used old or dirty water/ rags so I ran into target to get air fresheners asap. 2nd definitely did not even attempt to clean properly except for quick wipe down but I’m paying 130 for a detail? Will not be going back Door handles etc had not even been touched.

They did a great job at cleaning my truck. I live in Baldwin so it was conveniently close, affordable, and quick. 10/10 recommend, will use their services again!

Green Phantom Eco Detailing is outstanding! I went for the Complete Wash and it was just better than pricier services I’ve used in the past. Cameron is a total pro, making sure your car looks its absolute best. My vehicle was ready on time and they let me know as soon as it was finished. Extra attention was needed with a few spots on the car and everything was taken care of without any issue.
This place has exceptional quality and value. 10/10, highly recommend.
And when I picked up my ride, there was a line of high-end cars waiting for their turn. That’s how you know the service is top-notch.

I booked an appointment for the ultimate wash which includes interior shampoo. Interior and exterior look great. I had a stain on my backseat rugs and everything came out clean. My car looks brand new.

To preface, I used to take my car to the Green Phantom in Dr. Phillips, but I relocated and now the one on E Colonial is closer to me. As always, they did a fantastic job! Cameron and Jeabrius were the ones who did my car wash and they knocked it out of the park. I got the "Pinnacle Wash" which is the one I usually get, and honestly this time around my car was so dirty I felt bad dropping it off in the state it was in. I was long overdue for a car wash, and since I drive a soft top Jeep I can't take it through a conventional car wash. My car looked fantastic when I got back! They were also timely, it said 90 minutes and I dropped it off at 9:30 and they were done by 11! Excellent, and will definitely take my car there again!

I requested an appointment for an Ultimate Detail and they were right on time starting. They noticed my headlights were foggy and suggested a service for a great price and were not pushy at all about the sale. They did a great job on the interior of the car and spent some extra time to make it sparkle. I really appreciate the work and customer service that Rasheed and Ethan provided and I'll definitely be back. 10/10 experience all around!

Horrible job. GM tried to clean but he kept saying he was spending more time cleaning than allowed. Not if it was throughly cleaned. He said my wheels were rusted. I scraped the dirt off my wheels. Didn't get get all the dog hair out. Sent 2 other employees home cause he said they weren't cleaning properly. Back windshield is dirty. They don't clean that either. I will never in life go there again. I have pictures.wish I could post them.

A friend recommended, and I finally tried them out! They were quick, reasonably priced and very thorough and professional. Cameron and Rasheed were great! Will definitely be back!

Had my car cleaned to prepare for a road trip and was so happy with the results. Cameron and Jeabrius paid close attention to detail and were able to remove stubborn dog hair. Will definitely be back!

Cameron and Brandon did an absolutely outstanding job on my car. It seriously only took an hour and was the best detailing wash I’ve ever gotten. They were so professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!!!
