Got a haircut by an elderly stylist that I don't think has the passion for cosmetology. I asked for it to be cut short because it spikes up. My haircut from a month or two ago is in the computer and I don't know why the information on how I had it done wouldn't be in there. Last stylist was able to look it up. She didn't style it or anything, just straight up shaved my head. No offense but people like this shouldn't be working here if they don't have the passion for it. I'll wait the extra time for another stylist.

Old Lady shaved off all my hair.Asked for a trim, got a shave. Was still uneven, can’t believe she did that. Even worse is I tipped her and tried to avoid making a scene.

I came in with only 45 minutes to close for a gentlemen's cut and I got Christina. She had an amazing attitude and gave me the best haircut I've gotten in my life, bar-none. Thank you Christina!

Horrible, I went here for a trim and she shaved everything off The other ladies working tried to pass it off like she did a great job. But it was horrendous.

Paid $80 for a perm and cut. Been sporting a perm for the past 40 years. Showed Christina pics of what I wanted. Cut was too short and perm fell out right away but fell out completely 3 weeks later
