I really appreciate Marisol's service. She's very professional and very kind. I always feel like a million bucks after she cuts my hair, and she has such a beautiful energy. I will for sure be coming back as her regular client. She's really good at her job! ?

Always friendly staff, waiting space is nice but it does get a but warm in some afternoons when the sun is setting (but the wall is made of windows so it isn't exactly a mystery as to why).
Everyone I've had cut my hair has bee knowledgeable and made some good recommendations based on any questions I've had at the time. Love going there. And good lord be sure to check in on the app before you leave to go there or you may be waiting a while (depending on when)

Josie was incredible. I brought my daughter in for a trim, but Josie recognized her was split & diagnosed our main issues spot on.. tangling. I was so impressed with her patience. She made me & the kiddo very comfortable, telling us her opinions while ensuring we were on the same page. Very knowledgeable, quick, & sweet. The only issue was the manager was hovering after & during her own hair cut & giving off frustrated vibes. She seemed to want to move people through quickly without customer support. Highly recommend you ask for Josie!

I checked in on line and it said 16 minutes to wait . I got there in 15 minutes . It said I was next on the list then 3 people went ahead of me . Then another lady asked my name for the second time and said she would put me on the list when I was already on it which then moved me back again . I would not go here . Manage and employees have no idea what they're doing .

Manager turned me away after I was checked in for a haircut and sitting there, she patronized me and asked me and tricked me for another number of mine when my profile was under that number and she did it to be mean. Stylist does know how to pay attention to detail at all. She cut my hair but then asked me before I had it done and she cut my hair and after she cut my hair it was way to short. Don’t go here. Customer Service has really gone down hill all over and the manager was looking at me all crazy like we don’t want you here. Also false advertisement about beard trims.

I just want to express how the service is at the Michigan location. I had cancer and all my hair came out. Before having cancer I went to a well known stylist in Orlando after not having hair I had no need to go.. ha ha. Great Clips started fresh with trimming the "little" hairs which I had no idea was needed. But when the hairs are just starting to sprig out they need clipped off to grow in healthy. They groomed my growth with care and love. To this day 2 years later, I'm now cancer free and still go to my girl Leslie at the Michigan location and have my husband going now to Lina. And have referred several friends and strangers who stop me and ask "where do you get your hair done?!" And I tell them...you'll never believe it when I tell you...Great Clips. And I'm proud to say I will never go anywhere else because all of the girls there are qualified to cut hair and style to perfection.

Bri was AWFUL! Haircut was bad, and uneven, I needed to fix it once I got home. But the worst part was how painful it was, both physically and mentally. Not only did she not say a word the entire time making it completely awkward (not that the forced fake nice conversations stylists usually provide us much better), but she also jammed the clippers into my head about 400 times throughout the haircut. I was uncomfortable the entire time.

Took a lady from there as a walk-in she was able to get seated right away. Was pleased with her haircut and that's all that counts.
