I visited from PA compared to our goodwill it was very well organized, and the products were in good condition . I found several items and most were the color of the day. I spoke to a few staff members and they were also very nice and glad to hear I had a nice experience. I’m hoping to revisit before I go back home.

I have shopped at Goodwill for over 30 years and have always been pleased to do so until this last year. Affordable jeans, shorts and slacks have been a main attraction for me here, but trying them on is a must to find ones that fit properly. Now, apparently, the Goodwill stores in town have REMOVED ALL of the dressing rooms. The 3 day policy to 'exchange only' is a joke, and how's that gonna work if you have to try on 15 different jeans to find one pair that fits? Clothing is the MAIN resale here, but now, there's NO WAY TO TRY ANYTHING ON and "affordability" is gone, along with their dressing rooms!! Sadly, I will no longer be able to shop at Goodwill stores and I think there are enough homeless camps popping up that I'd rather donate to that can't afford Goodwill's high prices.

When I noticed they no longer had fitting rooms I asked about a return policy. Was told I had 3 days to return items if they didn't fit. Bought 2 pair of pants of the same size. 1 for fit, 1 did not, when I went to return them I was told they will not allow returns, just exchanges.

Large selection, but no changing area. How am I supposed to know if they fit? No thank you.

The employees here don't give any ****'s about you. Guess it's too much to ask for employees to CORRECTLY say "we accept EXCHANGES within 3 days" when asked if items don't fit. Was told I could return within 3 days, to only find out they only do echanges. Then to be told that I should've gone in the bathroom like everyone else to try the clothes on (which is against the rules), so its not their problem. My fault for not going behind the word of an employee to read the fine print on the receipt. To top it off the manager walked away from me as I was speaking with her, conversation unfinished. Also not her problem. Shockingly rude and will never be back.

Thifting use to be an affordable alternative to buying new clothes. But the prices are so expensive almost $10 (7-8.99) for each shirt/ pants. They no longer have fitting rooms which would be fine if you could return items. So you either have to try it on over your clothes in the aisle or buy it and have 3 days for exchange only. There were so many items that were ripped/ missing buttons. Etc - how were these allowed to be resold? Originally was going to just rate 1star but there were some good quality items found so that gained a point but that's more on people donating and less about the company. Will not recommend- honestly I think I'd prefer fast fashion over spending hours browsing congested aisles with clothes that would still need to be mended, that you can't try on or return. Also the customer service sucks.

Not a good "GoodWill" . Clothing prices are the standard GoodWill costs but everything else is pricey and they bundle things together to sell them for more than if they were individually prices. And worst part of this store is they don't have any fitting rooms! I have never in my life been to one without fitting rooms.

This is one of the better Goodwill stores as it seems to be a lot bigger than some of the other stores. Making donations is easy with the drive up and unload area to the left of the store. There are lots of things to browse from clothes to books to DVD's to books to sports equipment to anything else somebody didn't want. If you're out there looking for used or worn stuff, then this is worth a stop.

Outrageous prices, I even noticed that some items that you find in this goodwill are from next door “dollar tree” and they sell it for $1.25 and in this goodwill they’re selling it for $3.99 like what kind of joke is this?? ??♀️

Visited for the first time yesterday with my children & was very disappointed. Way over priced for used, donated items! Next to nothing for the electronics section! There was an undeniable smell of filth in certain areas & on one shelf, things we picked up were literally sticky! My son was looking at clothing, but I refuse to pay prices that high for used items! Could buy brand new at TJ MAXX! Employees were really rude with the exception of one young lady at the cash register. She was very nice. One thing people need to realize, sadly Goodwill stopped being about actual "good will", a long time ago! They focus on as much money as they can possibly make off of the generosity of others instead of their actual mission. Very sad!
