Marissan M. is a star! She's super efficient and professional. I was blown away by her work ethic, especially compared to her coworkers, who seemed to be slacking off. She kept the line moving quickly, calling out "next" without stopping. Her focus and dedication are truly impressive. if only her coworkers were less chatty and more focused, the line wouldn't have formed in the first place. Goodwill is lucky to have her! She deserves a raise!!

The young Spanish manager had a snippy attitude and accused me of switching the tags on products, then proceeded to UPCHARGE ME ON MY ENTIRE CART. This isint a problem with good will, it’s a problem with THIS good will. Everyone except our cashier was arrogant and rude, also charging RETAIL VALUE on products they received for FREE. May god have mercy on all of the greedy, money hungry souls in this world

You cannot go to this place by bicycle or skateboard. I went to buy something there and when I came out my bicycle was no longer there even though it was tied up. It is an unsafe place.

Large Goodwill with a nice selection of clothes and household items. Like all Goodwills, the prices on clothes are going up,so make sure you know which color tags give you 50% off. Seniors can also receive a discount one day during the week.

Goodwill used to be a fun adventure. You could find little treasures in the form of name brand or one of a kind pieces for great prices. When they took away the dressing rooms I was in shock. You expect people to buy used clothes that cannot be returned without trying it on?? Then the prices… I would see dollar tree items for 3.99. Who is in charge of pricing?? My last straw was yesterday when I went to the book section. At least this was one thing they had yet ruined. I found my son 6 chapter books in great condition. What a find! The thrill, the adventure of finding a treasure.. everyone knows children books are 99 cents. Welp… The lady said these are “specialty books” what does that mean? “ well they’re hardback” No they are children books in the children’s section for children.. they should be 99 cents. The only way this soulless corporation will listen is when they stop making money. Will not be shopping or donating there ANYMORE.
