It’s one of the best Goodwills in the country. There were so many sunglasses at the place my mind almost blew up. I love Florida! It's a great place!

I just Want to understand how Is everything 100% profit and we are literally playing retail price here? I am no longer donating to Goodwill or shopping here because the greed is through the roof.

This used to be my favorite goodwill. Now it's overpriced, half the size and employees are nasty rude. We went in a couple of days ago and as we were checking out, I saw a loungefly Gaston backpack. Asked the lady and she said $60. That's full price for loungefly. I decided not way and went to my car to Google it. Amazon and hot topic sell it brand new for about $10 less. Seriously goodwill?! Stop over pricing donated items.

Really would be helpful if people could try clothes on before buying them

This goodwill was my favorite store at one point, everything you dreamed of was here and was sold at a reasonable price. Now it's my least favorite..no more dressing rooms, no more bonus points, you only have 3 days to exchange unlike the 14 days you were given before, and now the color of the day or week is non existent when your shopping because the workers take all the sale items in the back stock areas. It's absolutely ridiculous now and at this point I wouldn't advise anyone to shop here, your pretty much being robbed. It saddens me how far downhill Goodwill has got especially this specific OBT location. Maybe one day they'll go back to how good they were but until then I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I have never been to a Goodwill that didn’t have a dressing room until today. Spent almost an hour looking at clothes and when I was ready to see if they fit, an employee said there were no fitting rooms.

This store is not what it used to be. Much smaller now. No books, limited toys and games. Still long aisles of clothes but probably 1/3 the size you will see in videos posted before April 2024.
Prices still high, quality still below average. Not a goodwill I will go out of my way to visit again.

Their prices have gone insane! They are remodeling so it’s a bit of a mess but the employees are so nice.

Small, overpriced, not many items worth going to look at this goodwill for.

They shrunk it for some reason, no where near the size it used to be

I'm not sure if this location is currently expanding or remodeling but I came here to grab some shorts to replace the ones I got ruined during my business trip and they had a good variety of styles at above average prices for a thrift stores. A majority of the places close early so this is your best option plenty of parking, store is fairly organized but not the cleanest either. Lines move quick as well. Fair location worth checking out.

This is ridiculous!!!Selling literally dirty garbage so expensive and not just the one in the video everything here is being tagged with a nonsense price! This is the last time that I will visit this store. It is not fun anymore. It is not worth it to come here and swing between so much dirt and stinky clothes for those prices.I rather go to Burlington or Ross Technically the same prices for new stuff without any smell or dirt!Goodwill should be a shame putting those high prices for things that has been donated for you !

I can’t believe the prices they charge here. We’re talking $12+ a shirt.

Went to get a suitcase and the item was marked $12.99 they tried to tell me the item was priced wrong and it was $100 last week and is now $50. I think they are very dishonest by changing the price. They told me suitcases have the tag inside. I went back and all the suitcases have the same type of tag on the outside. Nobody is going to pay $50 for a used suitcase with a zipper that is very hard to move. Thieves! I would avoid this particular location.
