I recently donated at this Goodwill location and it was the easiest drop off experience. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly. She was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Went here on two occasions during business hours on a non-holiday weekday, and no one was here. There was a car in the parking lot, but no one answered the door, and the drive-through was chained shut.

Sat. 6/10/23 about 1:45pm Usually service is good personnel generally friendly NOT the case today older gentlemen grumpy I would almost considered him to be rude Rude, not much help did not assist taking bags from bed of pick up truck , not happy we had furniture (2 end tables)never said Hello or Thank you.. Did not offer receipt ....doesn't need to be inthis position dealing with public!!Customer service is the key!!!

This location is so convenient, for us. The drive up service, is awesome. You don't even have to get out, but it's the right thing to do. All the employees are super friendly & helpful. Plus donating just feels good ?

Drive through closed. Person outside said they could not reach inside my vehicle to unload my donations. I'm not sure what function she serves. I am mobility impaired and unable to unload the van. So, I took my donations elsewhere. Goodwill is off my list of charities to support. They definitely did not generate any good will.

I don't understand why you have to be open on Sunday afternoons dragging something noisy back and forth all afternoon. I live on the other side of the wall from you. Im old and sick and don't sleep well at night and would immensely enjoy an afternoon nap if I didn't have to listen to that abrasive racket ALL afternoon. It is bad enough every day if the week so I wish you were not open on Sunday.
